Modern Apartment with Terrace (22)

The apartment was unfortunately a big disappointment. The photos of the apartment, which are set to Wimdu do not match with our rented apartment (other room, other furniture, other division). The house was old and very worn. The walls were dirty and desperately need color (just an example!). The highlight of our stay, however, was that we did not sleep 2 nights was because in the apartment next door was celebrated by 22 clock bis 5 clock in the morning. Our landlord (which, incidentally, also the home belongs), but it was not necessary, even after repeated requests from us here to keep the peace. Parking is very difficult to find. Transport links are very good, but there are much nicer neighborhood in Berlin

Accommodation did not match the description on the website.Bij arrival there was no elevator to be like the website mentioned, so we with our luggage 8 proper stairs. There were no washing machine and dryer as promised, the TV did not work, is replaced by an equally old Gedurfd. The cistern was broken and the shower was full schimmel.De drain of the shower only worked with a pump (was not told) We were told by mail and also confirmed that the parking was free of charge. Unfortunately, it appeared that not true, our car was towed! This meant for our high costs. Following a complaint from us there is a washing machine, cistern repaired, we are left earlier, after wegsleepdrama we had it. In short, more than half of the promised facililities not present, we feel firmly fooled. not do so. 111

Nice and clean apartment, though a bit worn here and there. Very spacious, and a good place for families. Good value for money, and the owner was friendly and helpfull. The hot water supply wasn't very reliable, therefore a bit annoying when taking a bath. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Pragmatic furnished flat with good transport links. Penny Market and Bakery in close proximity to ensure a good supply, too (Penny Market opened until 23.30 clock!) Late at night. The apartment itself is clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, we hear, even at night, noise from the street (has our satisfaction with the apartment but only marginally affected).

Good apartment. Everything was satisfactory. It was hard to talk show host in English - especially pr.telefon - about arrival times.

A good appartement.Centrum Berlin very easily accessible by public transport, 20 'minutes and you're at the Alexanderplatz. Shower ok but has the opposite effect than België.Hoofdkussens to replace toe.Matrassen are goed.Keukenmateriaal (pans, etc.) limited presence. Supermarket opposite the apartment (8h-24h). Bakker behind the corner. Very good Croatian restaurant 5 a 10 'walk Borik grill, Prinzenallee 15 16.Een recommended!

we had a great time in this wohnung.sie is very conveniently located. The facility is clean, tidy and functional. again any time!!

Nice and spatious appartment. We were there with three people. Good location. Free parking, subway nearby, also some good supermarkets in the neighbourhood. Short: good price/quality.

Good accommodation in (almost) everything met our needs: Conveniently located with easy access to public transportation, car park, WIFI and comfortable beds. The kitchen and the bathroom was not really clean. That was unfortunate.
