Fantastic room by Sagrada Familia

Unfortunately, we could abgewinnen our stay in this apartment only little positive. The location, 5 minutes walking distance to Sagrada Familia, was very good as well with the only positive. Upon our arrival we were shown to the apartment shortly and we were a little surprised as us the smallest room of the apartment was (5 sqm and without windows to the outside) presented as ours. Therefore especially because there were two more bedrooms each with a double bed. We were also not aware that they would share the apartment with other visitors, this is not apparent from the description. In the description of a 120 square meter apartment with 4 beds is spoken. After we learn that one of the other 2 bedrooms is not rented for the weekend we asked the hostess if two of us could move into the other room, as the 5 sqm room is really too small for fourth They denied our request on the grounds that the room was expensive and we do not get paid hätten.Schade when it's all about money and not about the welfare of the guests!Nevertheless, we tried to enjoy our time. When we first evening, about 22.30 clock, sat on the balcony and talked (maybe a little louder, but not extreme), this was perceived by the hostess seems to be annoying. Instead of us asking for it to be quieter, which would have been no problem, but we were approached and asked if it was normal as loud as where we came from and if the police come, we would have to pay for it directly in the harsh sound. We find that you can also dictate otherwise. All in all, unfortunately, no accommodation we can recommend.

Nothing wrong with the apartment. It was clean, because the landlord has also made clean every day. The only drawback was that there was no window in our room.

So nice holiday in Barcelona was in Rita's house, Clean, calm for relaxing, Rita helped us to find all the places which we looked for , she is so cute .. We took the bikes one day, it was a good idea. We enjoyed to maximum, The house is near sagrada familia, we passed a very nice holiday, specially the last night at the balcony with the other people in the house. So Nice house, i recommande it

A very clean, centrally located property with friendly Gastgeberin.Wir (2 people) shared the apartment with the hostess and 4 other guests. Two of the three bedrooms are too small, 2 people are in there, you can not move it. In the common room, a cozy corner missing. When you've been out all day, you want to be able to sit comfortably in the evening. In the bedroom, it was not possible. For 7 people, this apartment is too small. So we do not want to spend another holiday.

We spent three nights at Rita's in a nice apartment, located on Marina Street (5min from the Sagrada Familia metro & L5). Apart quiet, pleasant, good agreement with the roommates! The room a bit small: loft bed for 2 people (watch big) and a sofa bed below without direct outside window. The bathroom, toilet, kitchen impeccable, we had at our disposal compartments to store our products. Convenience stores around the area. The bus lines are nearby (bus 24 to get to Park Güell). Rita is available and looking. Good stay, I highly recommend this apartment for those wishing to visit BCN on three days tt is doable. The + L5 metro goes directly to the train station and the train heading to the airport (just 5 stops). Marina Street is the perfect location!

Nice room with Rita. Quiet, clean, well maintained. Residential area close to the Sagrada Familia and Metro. Walk the ocean is reached (about 20 min). Everything else perfect. Again any time.
