Beautiful 2-Bedroom Apartment in New York Brownstone

The apartment was as described in the offer, spacious and not too noisy despite Lenox Avenue is busy. The rooms on both the back are very quiet even. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer fully functional. Against the furnace was not working and the sound of the new TV yet. WiFi worked well for 5 days but the last two days were more difficult (frequent breaks). Titi was there when we arrived and very friendly. She gave us free of detergent tablets for the dishwasher and let us access until 16:00 on the last day so we could leave our luggage before heading back to the airport. Harlem where the apartment is located is very safe and there are good restaurants. Therefore recommend!

The appartment itself is very close to the subway and has good connections to the Center of Manhattan. It is conveinient and it was very clean. There are some good shops and restaurants in the area around. The furniture of the apartment itself is quite used and some things were obviously repaired quite often. But it's okay. The only thing which we didn't like was that promises made by the landlord were not kept. On the site, it was not possible to store our luggage although it was said and promised during the booking process. Suddenly a fee of 75 $ should be paid, which was also not mentioned during the booking process. As this was one of our decision points for that appartment we were not happy about that. The house management was also not really a help since communication took a long time and no compromises were suggested. So we had to store the luggage at Penn Station. That's why we think that for this rate, a better service is necessary.

Fun area to live in. Not far from the Subway, Central Park, shops and supermarket. The appartement was nice - we had what we needed. We can surely recommend a stay here:-)

Apartment ideally located! fully corresponds to the pictures on the website! Titi is super nice and Tammy! metro station is just 05 min walk to supermarket and a 10 minute walk! Great time! The nights are noisy when sleeping in the living room. Audrey

Hello everyone, Well, it's the third time I'm in New Yor and it was my first experience with an individual. A very good choice! Tammy's apartment is very nice and big enough for 6 adults. It is located 100 meters from the Metro (Line 2-3). In the evening you can take line 2 (express), which allows a fast return from Time Squares. There is also a small grocery store 100 meters for troubleshooting (CVS, the pesonnel is very nice) and a Dunkin Donuts (an assortment of twelve donuts for breakfast allows ebien start the day). In addition to the subway, there are also 7 lines and 102 bus, although it is longer than the subway, but in wet weather, it allows a nice ride through the streets of Manhattan. In a nutshell, do not hesitate to book with Tammy, no disappointment, if not that your stay will always be too short. Hello, The apartment was nice, as described, well located, clean, and the only point is to review the 2 sofa beds are not at all adapted to sleep for a week and two, it lacks the basic dish 3 cups , no bowl. Thank you

We were a little disappointed with the condition of the apartment. The velvet cushion sofas are worn part. Windows are fitted with paper and dirty curtains! Some towels have holes and the brown bedspreads have not seen for quite some time cleaning. This would be resolved quickly. For communication with the owner and the location of the apartments have been very good.

Luxurious New York standards much space. All descriptions are accurate, the apartment is cozy, clean, bright If in Harlem, then happy again.

We stayed here with our two children and it worked out really well. It’s on Lenox Avenue (which it not as busy as you we expected) but as this apartment is on the top floor it’s still really quite, but wouldn’t work if you have trouble getting up stairs. It is spacious with useful stuff like a washer dryer etc. Bathroom is a bit small but functional. Harlem felt like a safe place to stay and we found the neighbourhood friendly and really enjoyed using the local shops and restaurants. Transport is great with a good choice of trains, subways and buses. You can walk to Central Park in about 15 minutes. Overall this was an excellent apartment with everything you could want for your stay in New York.
