Room near Malabar Beach in Sydney

optimal solution to about 45 mn.dal center, easily reachable with the means, excellent accommodation, owner nice and helpful .....

We only planned on staying two nights but ended up staying over a week and a half, we even stopped back in for another night when we passed back through sydney! Debs and there rest of the household were friendly and welcoming realy making us feel at home. The house was beautiful, and only a short bus ride from the city, malabar was a lovely little suburb with its own little beach and some shops. We had a brilliant time and next time we're in sydney we know where we're staying! Thanks for looking after us Debs xox Ben&Becca

Lovely, relaxing stay. This was our first time in a house and we were actually quite nervous, but we were soon made to feel at home and it felt like walking into a lovely friendly environment each day, it's a peaceful haven close to lovely beaches and a short bus journey to the city. I would thoroughly recommend staying hear to everyone, it's both peaceful and quiet but close to everything you could possibly need. I will definitely be staying there in the future if there is space.

For me this was the first time that I had a holiday like this,and it is a great way because Debra was very helpfull and was always there with advice about what to do, and the other guest talked about what they were doing and what was good in the area. Some wonderful walks in the area also two golf courses and little bay which is great for swimming Thanks to Debra and Wimdu

Had a good and cheap rooms. The hostess is very nice. By bus it takes about 35 minutes to the center.

Debra is a lovely host her house is clean and welcoming in a lovely part of Sydney can be quite like we wanted or party time if you wanted the beach is walking distance and the house is really like home, Would love to have spent more time there biut with travel and work could'nt hope to visit again and would recommend her home 100% to anyone check out this place

Location: The house is located in Malabar Sydney. A bus stop for bus 399 is right outside the building. By bus you can ride every 30 minutes to the city, journey time just over 30 minutes You have a quiet and nice area and is still without a car in the city. Hosts: friendly, kind, straightforward. House: several rooms have been rented thus are always people around. Debra also lives in the house itself. 2 bathrooms, lounge, pool table, good washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, alll you could need. Rooms: As described, it is a small single room with a bed, dresser and cabinet. It is located on the first floor of the house. Towels are provided. The only downside was that the room was not locked. I was apparently the first of this room is rented, so I'm assuming that the door knob was replaced with a lockable mitlerweile. All in all, I would rent it again.
