Luxury Apartment near Danube with topprice

We enjoyed our stay in Vienna in "our" apartment and felt very comfortable. By bus and subway, it is within a quarter of an hour in the city center, directly opposite the house Einkaufsmöglickeit, better you can not live in Vienna. We'll be back for sure!

- The apartment was hot on warm summer days and evenings cooled off slowly. Who can sleep when heat is in good hands here. Otherwise there could be problems. - In the backyard of a group of children housed, who does not feel disturbed by noise of children or even like it is in good hands here. But anyone who wants to work in the home during the day gets concentrated, problems. - The apartment is not near a metro station. If you want to be fast in the city should be better looking for a more central place to stay. - The entrance to the parking in the back is very tight. With a slightly larger car or a van, it is difficult to get through the entrance.

Apart from the cold, not at all recommend going in December ... The apartment is well equipped with the exception that no microwave but far from the metro. What is is the closest train stop and because no one controls the issue notes and see that it leaves you a pretty penny. In the neighborhood there is nothing but a super front for the rest is a neighborhood desert. Our arrival was disastrous as the host greeted us and not the person (the cleaning lady) 1h charge literally came to meet us later so we had to find a seedy cafe to wait due to 0grados he did. The rest I can comment on Amfitrion, which baffles me not met since the apartment went to sleep only to that neighborhood debiso there was nothing. The neighbors did not know what it had to complain but we sure do not. What I can say is that one night (20h) was a neighbor making holes ... So I think anyone who had complained badly tuned ear! Ultimately if queries a short stay in Vienna grab something closer or at least with more services nearby, a restaurant or something like that i one day you are tired. Ah! The keys were left in the apartment ... Fritz so no trace!

Vienna is a great city, especially for music lovers! There is so much to do and we have not achieved anything but we are looking forward to our next stay there. Get a ride on the tram ring at a first impression of the city, I can only recommend.

Great place to stay, quiet neighbourhood. Close to food store, playground and train station. The flat is practical and pretty. The only thing I missed was an oven.

The apartment is located really quiet. Everything was wonderfully clean and tidy. Fritz, the host is very accommodating.
