Check in takes place in our office few minutes from the apartment in Union Street. Exact arrival details will be sent to you after reservation is confirmed.

Check-in is from 15:00 onwards, although early check-in may be possible if the apartment is empty on the previous night.

Check-out is no later then 11 a.m. If you need to stay longer we can offer you extra half day for the half price, or you can store your luggage in our office.

Arrivals between 21:00 and midnight will be subject to a late check-in fee of 20 GBP and 30 GBP from 00:00

Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID and a valid credit / debit card issued in their name.

Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed within the rented property nor disturbing the peace. Guests found breaking this rule will be charged penalty and asked to leave without a refund.

Security deposit will be requested during the checkin. Groups of 6 or more people, will be requested security deposit of 50GBP/person.

Dancing House and River View 3 Bedroom Flat

Wir waren zu 7 nur für eine Nacht in Prag und das hat eigentlich völlig ausgereicht. Die Wohnung hatte einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Moldau. Es war alles gut bis auf die Tatsache, dass es etwas sauberer sein könnte, aber für 1-2 Nächte reicht es aus.
Die Lacken hatten Flecken und sahen schon ziemlich abgenutzt aus. Überall war viel Staub.

Great apartment and location. Only bad thing was the sometimes lack of varm water. Very helpful reception. If you are very picky you will see that the renovation of the flat is not done 100% correct.

Central London Apartment - Borough Superior 1005

Wir kamen an und als erstes fiel der chemische Geruch auf, welcher uns beim Betreten der Wohnung entgegen sprang. Wir gingen daraufhin in die Zimmer um die Fenster aufzureißen. Das ging leider nur bedingt. In den Zimmern konnte man die Fenster nur minimal ankippen und im Bad gab es nur eine Lüftung. Die Küche hatte ein Fenser 30cm X 30cm was sich gar nicht öffnen ließ!! Dann betraten wir das Wohnzimmer und sahen die große Balkontür und dachten, endlich frische Luft. Die Tür war verschlossen und wir hatten keinen Schlüssel. Wir riefen daraufhin empört bei dem Vermittlungsbüro an und die Dame sagte "Aus sicherheitsgründen, da 7 Stock, könnte man die Tür nicht öffnen und auch nicht ankippen." Wir waren damit nicht einverstanden und nach mehmaligen hin und her kam ein Hausmeister der die Tür aufschloss. Mit der frischen Luft in der Nase ging es uns gleich besser und wir sahen uns den Rest der Wohnung an. Das Sofa war gammelig und kaputt! Die Küche war ok aber roch extrem nach esssensresten! Der Zerkleinerer am Waschbecken war anscheinend defekt und es roch bestialisch nach Blumenkohl des Vormieters. Ansonsten versprechen die Bilder bei Wimdu mehr als es tatsächlich ist. Die Betten sind französische Betten 1,40cm X1,90cm!! Das war eine Frechheit, denn mein Mann und ich, beide etwas gößer und breiter, passten da kaum rein.

Un apartamento bien equipado, en una zona tranquila y bien comunicada (el metro está a dos minutos andando). El mobiliario justo y funcional, junto con el wifi, lo hacen una opción ideal para pasar unos días en Londres a un precio razonable.

Fine clean apartment with good amenities. Friendly service.

Only negative thing to mention is the wide of the double beds - 1,4 m is too small, should have been at least 1,6 meter or more preferably 1,8 m which is regular.

Spacious 3 Bedroom Apartment in Aldgate (35913)

L'appartamento in Algate è stato da noi giudicato molto accogliente, spazioso grazie alle 3 camere matrimoniali con annessi bagni con stupende cabine doccia, ben pulito, adatto ad una famiglia con bambini. Situato in una zona comoda per raggiungere facilmente ogni zona di Londra grazie alla metropolitana la cui fermata è a pochi passi da casa.
Le uniche cose negative sono il frequente rumore, forse della pompa dell'acqua situata in cucina/soggiorno che si aziona ogni volta che si adopera l'acqua e che disturba di notte se qualcuno usa le toilette e i dintorni che non sono prorprio decorosi a causa delle case vicine non in ottimo stato e dei rifituti abbandonati in strada.
Siamo comunque stati benissimo, comodi e pratici nell'uso della cucina ottimamente arredata ( non manca prorpio nulla ), con spazi a disposizione di tutti e ciò ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Londra molto confortevole.
