Studio in Lepic at Montmartre

Pierre was a landlord very friendly and helpful, the house was perfect for our needs, superb location on rue Lepic, close to Sacre Coeur, small but comfortable apartment, suitable for those who are around and very little in the house. All right, bathroom a little small and uncomfortable, but for us it was not important. Suitable for young people without being pretentious.

Pros: very well located, quiet and spacious studio building Cons: cleanliness is very rough (stained carpet, microwave my washing, toilet bowl stains, ...), the bathroom in poor condition and does not want to wash. In short, as the other reviews, the studio is not recommended for people stickler on cleanliness.

By cons, bad point for the bathroom that does not really want to wash ... Too bad. In the end, a housing counselor for people who are not very attached to hygiene. For the rest, Peter is a friendly host, which is always nice.

We had a great stay in Paris and especially in the Montmartre district. The apartment is suitable, consider getting a sheet for sofa bed. The apartment is nice, the only downside would be to find the bathroom that is moquettait from floor to ceiling, and which is dirty, but it is not a room where we spend time so it goes.

We enjoyed our visit in Paris. The apartment was nice but the shower was little low in the ceiling. Pierre was easy to correspond with and a great and welcoming host. And the apartment was near to Metro and Super Marché and the street was quiet! Thank you for the stay.
