3 star, secure, modernised maisonette on ground floor & garden levels and are part of a Victorian terrace. It is 60sq/m and can sleep up to 5 people. It has a main bathroom along with an en-suite bathroom (to the master bedroom) with a 4ft6 wide double bed in the master bedroom and 4ft wide bed in the 2nd bedroom. We have a sofa bed which accommodates 1 person.
We have recently done some renovations and knocked through the kitchen and living room to make it open plan and have installed a nice new designer kitchen. The kitchen has similar mod-cons to flats 2, 3 + 4 along with having a dish washer machine. We feel this upgrade has made it more spacious and far more comfortable for our guests.
The maisonette is located in a quiet residential one-way street.
The flat’s ideally located in the heart of London, 5 minutes walk away from Kings Cross/St Pancras stations (Eurostar).
This is a major transport hub for national and Int travel (six subway lines)
Easy access to all major London airports and stations. Close to Islington/shops.
The City of London, West End and all Zone 1 destinations are accessible in 10 minutes by underground.
Within walking distance of: British Library & some London Uni’s, colleges & hospitals. The British Museum is one stop away on the underground.
Islington & Highbury is located in North Central London, easy reach from King’s Cross station where the many tube lines will take you anywhere you want in London. Angel is located in Islington, and has endless streets of restaurants and bars for you to enjoy! Shoreditch is around the corner, and is full of trendy cafés, bars, restaurants and other meeting points such as galleries and small shops. There are also a lot of exciting markets surrounding the area such as Broadway Market and Colombia Road Market.
From King’s Cross station you can take the Victoria Line to Oxford Street in 10 minutes. Oxford Street is the main shopping street in London with shops such as Selfridges and Debenhams. Most attractions of London are within easy reach, such as Piccadilly Circus, Madame Tussauds and Tower of London. Hyde Park is located west of Oxford Street where you will find Kensington Gardens. If you walk through the park you will reach Kensington where you can find the famous department store Harrod’s and plenty of museums, for example Natural History museum and Science museum.
