Great Room in Central Lisbon

Good value for money. Warm welcome and great flexibility. The only disappointment was the breakfast not included when it was supposed to be.

We had a great time in the house of Claudia and Rui. We met friendly people and laughed a lot. Thank you! Especially we loved the good recomandations to be with the portuguese peoople!

We were welcomed by there roommate. He was very friendly. The room looked clean, but other things like the fridge and bathroom were not. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom, the fridge smelled funny and so did our room. The room was freezing, even with the heater on it didn't get comfortable. The shower wasn't that great. You had to hold the shower yourself over you're head and it didn't get really warm. The bed.. there was something pointed in there and it was really uncomfortable. And it wasn't very clean and at the end of the weak, we both have an itchy rash. Conclusion: This appartment isn't worth the money

Very bone and Claudia at home Rui. We have over their roommate saw Carlos as they were in the process of recording an album but very good stay. Carlos showed us the coolest places in town. Claudia us do discover Sintra and Cascais and the wonders of the coast. Welcoming and clean room in the heart of Lisbon. All Lisbon is 5 minutes walk from home. Thank you again! In a future hope

Nice people and a nice place on a good location!

Finally, I once found a little time to write a review. First of all, I have one that Lisbon is a really great city, which is definitely worth a visit. There is much to see: architecture, culture, museums, shopping (who needs it), clubs, good food, fantastic views, beach (in the area) and nice people. My reservation with Claudia and Rui was very easy and we were able to clarify some things in advance. Because the two hosts dwelt himself on a larger trip, I received their roommates, who are really the friendliest people I've met in recent years. The two were always with me in word and deed to side, have shown me great places, and at the evening meeting kitchens always good and substantive conversations were on the program. The atmosphere is more intimate, friendly nature - WG like - what I liked best. The hotel is overall very central in town and is on the edge of the Alfama. From Largo Martim Moniz, who is only a few minutes walking distance, you can just climb the historic Electricos that goes up from there to the mountain torment the old town. Tip: Take Up, run down! There is also a very good connection to the (blue) metro line to the airport and other attractions, all within easy reach of the relatively small rail network. The apartment and the rooms with double beds are spacious and clean.You can reach too many attractions (Elevador, Miradouros, Tejo, Castle, etc ...) foot loose. You can have breakfast in the neighborhood, a few small shops and supermarkets are just around the corner. I enjoyed the trip so much that I did not want to leave. For all backpackers, students and weekend tourists this tour will be perfect, because you - as opposed to a hotel or hostel-visit - get to know the real life in Lisbon and get a great insight into the lives of the Portuguese. The way of life that lies over the city, the so-called "Saudade" - accordingly desire. A certain melancholy that describes the emotional life of many people in the Portuguese capital and mainly in traditional fado music reflects that one can experience in many small, quaint and cozy bars. Claudia and Rui are very kind and they give information about what to do in London. Their house is near the metro station and the stop of the tram 28 but if you want you can also go walking downtown. The house is a little bit cold but they provide heaters and extra blankets. There's a very big batrhroom and a big kitchen to share. You can also use the washing machine

Super great holiday. Apartment very well located. Close to everything, clean and with a host of quality home more than great. Very good experience on Wimdu. And everybody do not forget "ONE LIFE"!
