New Souterrain in Hamburg (11)

When I tried to book this apartment instead I was offered another apartment (apartment 9) at the same price. I agreed to have seen one without photos of the booked apartment. When I look at the pictures of me in hindsight Apartment 11, I would say that the facilities of our stay was not equivalent to the apartment of 11th We had no dishwasher. The bedroom was very small and only equipped with an (estimated) 140cm wide double bed. The furniture was partially already pretty "shabby" and the apartment a bit bare and empty. However, we were satisfied. The keys went from something special but no problems. The apartment was clean and very spacious, with the exception of the bedroom. There was everything you needed. And the landlord was always reachable by phone and friendly. All in all a reasonable and affordable accommodation in an ideal location for us. 'll Be back!

Great hosts. To disturbances was responded immediately. Handover has been smooth.

The apartment was great and very nice and clean, great shopping next door. The location is ideal for trips on the metro to the center or to the port, the car can stop in front of the door

... Also this week, like last week already - at no extra charge a bigger and nicer apartment. Everything smooth and simple. For next week I have posted there.

Instead of the booked basement apartments I got no extra charge a very nice and larger apartment on the ground floor, loft-stalk. There, I felt very comfortable. For next week I have booked the basement apartment and would not mind the other would again wenns downstairs. Contact and communication easy and straightforward. Sad news.

Removes apartment was about 700 meters from metro station and 300 meters from Bus Terminal. The subway (U3) runs regularly. Longer than 10 minutes. we had in the whole of Hamburg not wait for U-and S-Bahn. The apartment is about 200 meters away from 2 large discount stores. The apartment itself has so far been sufficient to our needs. That there is a dishwasher, we found very pleasant. However, we have made breakfast only, not cooked. The shower was a little low, was not a problem for us, since we all have got smaller. Since there is no shower curtain exists, but it squirts out something that could be avoided. It is a basement apartment and has only one or two small windows that can open one. In the bathroom, no window. Thus, it smells musty / moldy. Towels and bed linen, 2 dishwasher tablets were available.

Very friendly hosts. Apartment is large & would suit a group of 4 or more looking for budget accommodation. It is a little bit far from the city centre but made it better for a day trip to the east sea (Baltic sea). Lidl & aldi supermarkets next door.

We had 5 days to fun in the app. 11 and were completely satisfied. The value for money is really top! Who space a conventional and certainly more expensive hotel rooms prefers is right here. Hygiene: Top | Location: good | Host: nice, flexible and uncomplicated | Design: good | App 11 begins with a large living room on the 1st Mezzanine floor and a staircase leads to the surprisingly bright sous terrain, which also gives a casual feel. We are excited and are available at the first opportunity!

We really quiet and spacious apartment appréciécet, properly equipped, close to shops. Automatically closing door: it would be wise to report to all guests prior to arrival and there is also a telephone-call person at the agency at the weekend in case of problems. Otherwise everything was perfect and our stay was very pleasant

The apartment is pretty well located: 20 minutes walk from the metro and you can park the car next to the building. The handover took place without worries. The apartment is clean, very basic decor tell us! The concern is that there are no blackout curtains or shutters so it is still day in the apartment above the night révebères are there! In the end we are happy anyway.
