Charming Apartment in Saint Germain

Finding the apartment is not problematic, but the caretaker already. A few phone calls solved the problem. Key collection has clamped a little, but this was also due to my inadequate knowledge of French only. So we bypassed the waiting time and the same tested the first restaurant and found fit. Otherwise, one can say that the apartment met our expectations. One thing to note is that the walls are extremely noisy (not unusual, just unusual) and is pending a renovation that has not affected us. Everything is simple, but clean and in a way, even charming. But the best thing was the location in Saint Germain du Pres. From here, you can make excellent conquer the city. Our caretaker Jean Pierre is a happy and correct contemporary and was very punctual on departure. Please note that you must pay a deposit. With us it was 250, - Euro. Luckily we had enough cash there. The repayment was made without problems. That should take up with the description! The equipment includes a coffee machine for Nespresso capsules. On the Champs-Élysées, the associated Store :-) Ordinary red wine glasses is found also nice if you still want to have a drink in the evening. All in all, highly recommended! Note also the cheap, because there is more budget restaurant, brasserie and sightseeing.

Ideally located for our Paris visit, with very nice restaurants and various shops in walking distance. Contact and communication with renter very prompt and friendly. Bathroom basic but ok.

This is a very nice place to stay. Beautiful location in the center with little shops all around. Including ecological food market just a corner away. Typical beautiful Parisian house. Separate toilet and bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. Ahlem is very helpful and responding to any question you may have during your stay. I will be back!

We have a small clean apartment the three of us found it very comfortable. The best thing about the apartment is definitely the situation! A better and more favorable starting point to experience and explore Paris has to find for now. Step out of the quiet courtyard and you are living in the middle of narrow streets with bars, shops and restaurants. Many thanks to the friendly and uncomplicated hostess.

Room very small, linens dirty, as well as bathroom. Cleaning costs were not clearly stated at before payment. Owner not cooperative at all. Just the location was OK in the middle of a lovely street in Marais

Perfect location, with walking distance to all the nice need to see quarters and areas in central parts of Paris. Well equipped apartment. On the downside a small apartment with one window and no AC that, during the heat wave, couldn't be cooled. An overall great stay and a housing worth the cost!

We really enjoyed our "petit appartement" in the heart of the Marais. It was clean, everything worked - the TV, WiFi, blow dryer, and microwave. Location was great and we enjoyed all of the great places to eat right on our street.

We had some very nice day at rue des rosiers. The locations is perfect in the cosy marais quarter near restaurants, bars, shops and metro. Nice simple studio, not that much space, but all you need.

Our week in Paris on Rue de Rosiers was just fantastic! Flat is perfect for a couple, it has all u need and we had great communication with the host. Central location, being close to all main attractions and being a part of marais was ideal for us.

Very nice apartment and we couldn't have asked for a more central location. We had a great week. I will recommend this apartment to everyone who wants a simple apartment in the heart of one of Paris' most beautiful areas.
