Central Gangnam nice entire flat303

This is a fantastic apartment. Great location within walking distance of two train stations, near to plenty of bars and restaurants. It's in perfect condition, and extremely well equipped. And the shower is just amazing! David, the host, couldn't have done more to help me. Even when my flight plans changed due to plane cancellations and schedules, nothing was a problem. Now I'm back home, I really miss it!

David's place is excellent! He is a gracious and welcoming host and the apartment is nice and clean. The building is centrally located with easy access to Gangnam area. I will be staying here again!

we had a fantastic first time experience of Seoul and Korea! flat 303 was exactly as described but exceeded our expectations: it was bright, very clean, convenient and the conforters super confortable! the location of the flat is very convenient. about 10 min walk from Yeoksam metro station from which one can go all over Seoul and beyond. There are plenty of restaurants in the little streets around the flat and plenty of nice cafes on the large avenue just 5 min away. There are also 2 Family Markets around the corner which are open late in the evening. So it is convenient to get a bottle of water on the way back home.The neighbourghood is very quiet and we could sleep with the windows open. Our host, David, was just great! he took really good care of us and was always available for any questions or needs we might have and that throughout our 7 days stay! if you want to, David can also arrange a trip to the DM|Z zone. So a perfect place to stay at and a really nice host!

What a terrific place and a terrific host. We reserved 2 apartments from David for my whole family - both in the same building. The apartments were nothing less than perfect. David was so welcoming, making sure we found the place and helping us find a place to eat that first night. What a great way to begin the experience of Seoul.

Mr.David was a great host himself. He picked us up from the airport bus stop and took us around the place for lunch and some karaoke! It was a great experience. The room itself was very clean and nicely decorated. All equipment was prepared and ready for us to use -- hair dryer, towels, shampoo, shower gel, washing machine, microwave, water boiler, TV, wi-fi, vacuum cleaner, kitchen utensils, etc. It's like living in a house. We had 6 people visiting and rented two rooms. Mr.David made sure we get to know the other guests so we made some new friends! He also helped us book the tour to DMZ. I'm definitely coming back next time and will recommend my friend to stay here as well! A local experience unlike staying in a hotel ^^

Very nice apartment. Newly renovated and full of light. I found everything just as described. The area is supercentral for all of the Gangnam area. There are many cafes, restaurants and convenience shops around - in case you get hungry suddenly :-) At the same time, the street the house is on is really really quiet. To top it all off, David is an incredibly friendly and helpful host. I absolutely recommend staying here.

The place and location is fantastic. I personally prefer this area to Itaewon. This has a much more local touch. Between Shinsa and Gang-Man area to go out. Mr. Kim was a great host.

We had a very good experience with this booking @ Windu. Besides David being an excellent host (very helpfull and acessible), the apartment in Seoul was very clean and cozy. Great option for those who prefer staying like a local.

The greatest place to be in Seoul ! Clean, cozy, spacious and located in a great area : Gangnam. Everything was there to make our trip perfect : TV, microwave, iron, wi-fi, fridge, shampoo, ..... I would like to thank David for his kindness. He speaks english fluently and he helped us a lot. He also picked us up at the bus station. I found my new house in Korea :)

My Husband and I stayed in one of David's apartments for 1 week and loved it. They are so well set up with all the ammenities one would need for their stay. David was a great host, picking us up from our bus stop in Gangnam and dropping us off to the Bus terminal. Not only would we reccommend David's apartment to anyone planning on visiting Korea, we will like to stay here when we return on holidays again in the future.
