Nice duplex near Praça da Republica

First of all it must be said that the photos on the website do not match at all, the apartment is very different, small, dirty and in the kitchen there are not enough tools. The announcement to book for 4 people but in reality the apartment is only good for a couple. We were 3 and we needed a bed that was brought by the guardian of the palace, we've never met the founder and 3 days stay in Porto. I do not recommend even if the price attracts, spending a few euro more you can book accommodation much better.

First problem was that we got a different apparment as it was in the photos (much worse of course). Then we noticed the smell from the bathroom...we found some cockroches too. It was the most horrible night I had in a rented place. We were all coughing for days after staying only a few hours there due to the chemicals and mould sneaking out from the bathroom and kitchen. We left the place in the morning immediately as soon as the Sun came up...if we would stay there more, we would definitely have had a serious more disease.

Very disappointed. When we arrived there was nobody there. After they have called, we were told to wait 1/2 hour for someone to come. After an hour still no. All in all very disappointing and no place to stay. We paid for an apartment for three people, but got an apartment for two people only. There were not enough bedsheets and towels (the once we received smelled so bad, we would not have used them anyway). What was most disappointing was that Joana promised to give us a new apartment after one day, but never did. Instead, she came up with new excuses why the other apartment was not ready and in the end simply did not pick up the phone anymore.
