It's a perfect location for a business trip or a visit to DC's many incredible sites. It is near dozens of restaurants, shops, clubs and within easy walking distance of two Metro lines. There's no off-street parking for the unit, but temporary residential parking can be arranged for visitors to take advantage of the plentiful street parking in the neighborhood. You'll also be close to short-term bicycle rentals through DC's great new service, Capital Bikeshare.

Nette en schoon appartement. Fijn dat we gebruik konden maken van de wasmachine en droger. Ook de nodig informatie over DC lag in het appartement. Een nadeel was het geluid dat vaatwasser maakte.

The accomodation was spacious, well equiped, clean... everything you could ask for was there. The map with information about the area in terms of restaurant and bars, the metro cards that were present... details that made for a very homely stay. I would very much recommend this appartment for your stay in Washington!
The apartment is bigger in person! Very nice apartment and fully equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable. I loved the signs throughout the apartment that included wifi password, how to use the heat, where to put the towels, etc. It was like staying in a fancy hotel. This was my parents first time renting an apartment and this experienced has convinced them they need to do this more often.
