Large Comfy Room near Station

I really enjoyed my stay at Grace´s place in a tranquil suburb in NE Singapore. A rather spacious room, good AC and WiFi, a big desk for research work and only a walk of five-six minutes to the nearest SMRT station. Grace also kindly gave me a much later check out time due to my very late departure from Changi Airport. I would certainly stay there again.

Ok room for short-term. Close to MRT and mall. Very noisy. Roadworks outside all week. Can't possibly have the window open if you want to concentrate. Bathroom not on the same floor as this room. Only 1 big flourescent light in the room, hard to read at night. No lamp.

I'm staying 3nights at Grace house. It has a clean room, tidy, good hospitality. Since it's a bungaloo, it really makes me feels at home.. Not as stiff as if u were staying at hotel, but u have the same privacy. And it's just 3-5min walking distance to MRT n bus interchange. There's also a bus stop right in front of the house. When you're too tired to walk, it's only 1 bus stop away from the MRT.

Good location near MRT, nice surroundings. Room a bit noisy facing the road. Wi-Fi very stable. There is a very nice private yard area.

We stayed here with our 2 kids. At arrival we got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Grace also provided us with some free extra's as we were travelling with small children. She is very kind and we recommend visitors to Singapore to stay at her place. It's located 5 mins from the MRT and shoppingmall, which makes travelling around Singapore easy while it's a quiet location.

Place is clean but kinda old. Super location because it's only 8mins away to the MRT station.

As said in my previous comment I will come back and I did! I got the room as shown in the picture , yes it's big for 1 person , had a comfortable stay and everything meets my needs. Oh by the way, I want to amend my previous comment, the house is just 5 mins walk from the mrt/hougang mall not 10 mins. The right road is Hougang Central not Upper Serangoon. And access to the internet is now ok, Grace gave me the password. Additionally, if you enjoy jogging, this is the right place to stay.
