Daniel very helpful came to meet us when we got lost on arrival! Apartment basic but well maintained and clean. Was fine as a base to explore,2 minute walk from metro.Sitting room used as an office.

We stayed at the apartment for 4 nights. We were very pleased. Mr. Daniel and Mrs. Olga were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is cute and nice, close to the metro and easily accessible. And 'situated in an area not too far from the center, there are many opportunities nearby for eating and shopping. Overall it was a good solution, for replication in case of need

It is a great stay for a few days. Everything is nearby and your car safely in the garage.

Paris Visitors March 2013. Apartment owners are very nice and were very helpful, even without French and bad English Kent Nissen we got good! (Previously translated everything with GOOGLE and performed extensive correspondence.) For our family it was for two nights a very good price - performance ratio. We could also use internet on PC Michaels. Drafted at 20:00 undressed at 9:00 (after - Disnay country ...). Everything was no problem. Metro 150m (Metro Corones about 14 stops to the Arc de Triomphe), MC Donalds also about 150m from the house. House No.16 opposite (on the street, right of No.18) of No.11. On the Internet in Google Earth, you can view the whole street well. Parking was in the garage at the corner ... We were driving down to the apartment to go in Paris you need a good your GPS (Kreisverkehr!!) And patience ..

The apartment is well located, clean, quiet and secure. We enjoyed the home of Daniel and Olga, their availability and reliability. A very good plan for our stay in the capital, to renew!

We found this lovely apartment to rest after an intense day of tourists. Bright and quiet, but the shower is actually narrow. The kitchen makes cooking a small dish and feel a bit at home. Comfortable bedding, and the owners very friendly. A good place!

Daniel was very nice and welcoming, quiet apartment. You are squarely in Daniel's office, but the room is bright and warm. On the negative side, the kitchen is not really equipped to cook - if you turn two electrical appliances at the same time, it trips and you loved plunged into darkness! The shower is really close - you can not avoid the shower curtain sticks to your skin as soon as you enter.

The apartment is simple, pleasant, quiet and homely. Equipped with TV, radio and internet computer. The double bed is a little small, but you can move to the (bed) couch if you want more space. The street with flats looks a bit boring, but the area is very quiet compared to the rest of the city. And you can find nice restaurants.
