Marqués de Paradas 3: Nice apartment near the monuments

Make sure that the apartment comes equipped with linens and towels as mentioned in the ad. We were shocked to discover that this was not the case on the first night but it was quickly resolved. Otherwise no complaints, the apartment is very functional, the terrace is superb, and it is very well positioned!

The apartment is nice and clean with a big terras. The host is friendly and gave us good advice about some restaurants (Colonial and Victoria). It is nearby the center of Sevilla and there is a big supermarket nearby. During weekdays the apartment was ok, but at thursday and friday (we think also at saturday and sunday) it was very noisy because of the club that is beneath the apartment. The noise went on till 05.00 in the morning :(

Lovely large apartment on two floors with a bathroom and bedroom on the bottom and a kitchen, living room and extra room at the top. Very centrally located, quiet at night except for the noise on Friday and Saturday night because of the nightclub next door. Great shopping in the neighborhood.

The apartment is spacious, quiet and conveniently located. We were well received. Against by the smell of the bathroom is smelly and we have not seen a dishwasher.
