Modern apartment near Les Halles (Tiquetonne)

We stayed in this spacious appartment for 4 days (weekend). The location is perfect, nearby parking space, subway and shopping area of Les Halles - Beaubourg. It's a 10 min. walk to Quartier Latin, Place des Vosges (Marais). The only remarks we have are a loud neighbour (below the appartment) who, when drunk, likes to play music all night long and a sofa which cannot be considered as a bed. Besides this, I would recommend this appartment.

It is a nice apartment in a very good area. Very central. We enjoyed the atmospere of the apartment, good choice of furniture. It was very quiet and contained everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom which looked kind of moldy.

The location is great and the beds are okay. But the place hasn't been cleaned for years (everything you touch in the bathroom and kitchen is brown and sticky and it smells), the neighbor below is a drunk and/or a junk who plays real loud music in the middle of the night (not one night, almost every night) and has heavy fights with his girlfriend till early morning. And if you think that an elevator is a benefit, realise that it's only 50 x 20 cm.

Nice appartment with top location. Have small comparely new kitchen and nice beds. Wifi connection but the accescode is not provided. Located right with speciality shops and lot of cafes and restaurants. You can walk to everything from the apartment. The doorlink do not work so if you have to open for guests you have to go down from 6th floor to manualy open the gate.

The apartment is very nice although a bit older, there is a peculiar smell in the building, the apartment is on the rooftops of Paris, there is light in all the rooms, the quartietre is quiet with shops of all genere.tutto excellent. The metro is just a few minutes.

The location is really good, but the building has bad odor. The sofa bed is not usable as a bed, a part is shorter. Missing several things in the kitchen and there are several things broken inside the house. It does not seem very well maintained by the owners, the system of delivery of the keys to prove it.

Ingesammt enjoyed our accommodation well. The location is great, nice neighborhood and we have all the attractions within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and nicely divided, the beds are comfortable. What we did not thus addressed the cleanliness of the apartment. We are not fussy but a thorough deep cleaning would be appropriate, especially in the bathroom. Nevertheless, we would take the apartment on our next visit in Paris.

great location, smelly building

Very well located, this studio still requires renovation. Average bedding and crockery insufficient. Antique furniture and TV not working satisfactorily. Bathroom renovations in particular.

The location of the studio is centrally located and yet quiet. To stay (4 people) the size was just enough. Unfortunately, there was no hot water at all! and the studio was not clean and very dusty. Therefore, there is only one star.
