House rules

1. Respect our neighbours. No smoking. No parties.
2 Check out time 11am, Check in time 2pm. Outside these hours may be possible and this needs to be arranged in advance. A late check in fee of £40 is payable for arrivals after 10pm.
3. We normally have a minimum 3 night rental, but we can sometimes accommodate shorter visits if our bookings' schedule allows.
4. The rental figure quoted is an inclusive amount. No other charges for things such as cleaning, linen, utilities or taxes will be added. We have a 4% merchant service fee for credit card transactions.
5. Our apartments have different configurations which are detailed. The maximum number of occupants is agreed at time of booking.
6. A member of The Framerys will meet you at the property with the keys and show you around the apartment.
7. The apartment should be left in a clean and tidy state. Clean and tidy is the state the apartment was in at the time of check in.

Very nice but sound studio (no double glazing and thin walls). Good location (not far from StPancras and bike stations all around). Very friendly welcome.

We had a great time in this fantastic flat.. We were greeted at arrival at the apartment and the "check in" procedure was easy. The apartment was very nice and well equipped. Well suited for our needs. The location is a bit off but still in area 2... The tube is by overground and to get home might sometimes be complicated. Your often better off going by bus. The neighborhood is not bad, but Hoxton is nicer. Walking along the Regents canal is nice and a visit to Broadway market is a must! Renting the apartment is money well spent. We recommend it!!

It was a very nice appartment in a good neighborhood. Close to several public transport services. One of the toilets broke down on the 1st of January, but even on this date the owners managed to fix it temporarily.

Great Location, Apartment in Angel 40% discount May 2

This lease is not up to the published photos that have been taken with a wide angle, which is very misleading about reality. The staircase is unsafe and smelly, damage on many points: the floor is full of impact, housing very dusty. The sofa and upholstered chairs are not unique. In addition, check up has not been done for a long time: the microwave is not working, DVD player either; dishes is not complete and very user (especially for the pan) there no pot of water (fortunately, the glasses are very large) anti fire alarms go off without knowing why. Many bulbs are toasted light stay no longer works. In short, I do not recommend this accommodation at all, which is very expensive for what it actually is.

Very pleasant flat. Love the decoration. Ypu feel at home... away from home. Perfect place to relax after fullfill day in busy london. Very nice area, close to enchanting columbia road. Definitely satisfied.
