Positive: - hostess Valentina is friendly and helpful - the bathroom is spacious and well equipped - are mid-stay clean towels provided on request - the bedroom is spacious and bright - plenty of storage space for clothes, etc. Negative: - hostess only evening accessible - only in the bedroom windows - sitting room, kitchen and bathroom no windows, so no natural light - venting kitchen and bathroom open onto balconies neighbors, who can smoke, result: stench in the apartment - no microwave, no oven, kitchen poorly with supplies - an infestation in the kitchen, which after a day contested - construction noise in the building - stock cupboard in the kitchen can only be reached by climbing on a chair - no lift, 50 steps up and down

The apartment we really liked. Clean, beautiful bedroom and bathroom. Too bad the shower was very small, a little backwards to get to it.

Apartment very well equipped, very clean, not far from the Colosseum. Close to the metro station Collosseo. Good location for exploring Rome and rest because the street is very quiet.

Very good stay, the apartment is as lovely as the pictures. We particularly liked the beds very comfortable and the location very convenient, it is super nice pass to enter the coliseum! Nothing to say, without a doubt recommend

We were three guys and had a really nice stay. The apartment was perfect for the company of 3, the beds was great and in a really calm neighbourhood. We really liked the fact that though it's so close to such a "tourist-place" like the Colloseum, the area still had some really nice cafées and restaurants that was "rustique"/authentic and almost only visited by local italians. Also there was a Taxi-spot just a few minutes walk from the apartment that was really useful.
