5 Star Near Times Square, Theater District, Empire St Bldg

the flat is in a quiet street and well located, we could walk to mainly all the places we wanted to see, for those who are not willing to walk the subway is not far away. The flat is pleasant and clean but although it can accomodate up to 8 people it is more confortable for two couples (there are two bedrooms) or one couples and three children. We were 8 and it was a little bit crowded, because once the sofa in the living is turned into a bed there's no much space left to move around. Fortunately there is a back yard where we ate, it's nice but it could be cleaner (actually the photograph does show exactly how it is) All in allI would recommend this flat because it's a nice place to be despite what I said regarding the patio. The location is perfect.

I wish I knew who stayed in accommodation that the previous reviewers! Yes, housing is relatively close to 5th Av, Central Park, the United Nations, but you certainly can not say that it is "very close" to Times Square "! Regarding the space will not recommend going there in 6 absolutely ... it is small for the needs of 6 people! Cleaning also left something to be desired, had not even deign to sweep the floor where we found dust, candy wrappers, hair, etc., and the sheets were torn. The penultimate day, also, someone broke into the house and stole money and used the bathroom. Door opens with a simple code. Having said that, my judgment is therefore negative.

New York is a wonderful city! It takes full eyes, even better than in the movies. The apartment is very well located near Times Square about 15 to 20 min walk down a starbucks coffee for the breakfast! Vraiement it was a great week!

Apartment very well located. Times Square at not even 10 minutes walk. Subway 2 blocks, bus stop in front of the door! Bcp shops and restaurants nearby. Too bad the windows let all the noise from the street, the nights are hectic in NYC! Very welcome, we look forward to coming back!

A fantastic location in the heart of Manhattan with all the comforts of home. Spent a mid June 2012 week here here with our teenage daughter. There was plenty of space, comfortable beds and excellent bathroom / kitchen facilities All that with a great location as well. Situated on the 4th floor of a small block the security is great and you have a vantage point over 50th and 2nd . The roof top deck offers good views including a glimpse of the classic Chrysler building although we didn't have much time to use it Being only a few blocks to the subway, (buses even closer) you have easy access to good restaurants, bars and markets almost right outside the door. We easily walked to most midtown locations ie Times Square to Central Park Shopping on 5th an 6th is an easy walk In fact nowhere on Manhattan is much more than 40 minutes away from this apartment The Caretaker was waiting for us at the apartment with key on check in which was great as we arrived quite late from our flight The owner was also in touch with us during our stay by Skype via the excellent WIFI If you are thinking about a New York Apartment you should seriously consider this one. Great apartment, small but sufficient. Clean and tidy, close to everything - what more can one want?! We really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back in NYC in the future...we'd have no reservations in recommending this property.

very nice accommodation, two beautiful rooms with bedding on top! everything is provided for the reception of guests. by cons located along the 10th Avenue is constant noise day and night.

An apartment very well prepared, is very close to a metro stop, a very quiet and safe. We were very pleased when we arrived we were waiting to give us the keys and explain the operation of the apartment. We hosted five weeks during use.
