NOT INCLUDED in the price: Touristic tax 0.72€/person/day (collected during check-in upon arrival).

Check out must be maximum at 10:00 am, anyway the luggage can be stored until 09:00 pm on weekly days in our office. On your arrival day we will meet you in the apartment from 01:00 pm. If your arrival to the apartment is later than 10:00 pm we will charge you 30 euros extra.

Meetings in the landings or in the entrance are not permitted.

L'appartement est parfaitement aménagé et dispose d'une fenêtre dans chaque pièce. La chambre donne sur une terasse de plus de 50 m² avec vue sur la Sagrada !

hôte à l'écoute qui cherche à apporter des solutions, cependant l'appartement ne correspondait pas à ce que nous attendions : frigo qu'il a fallu dégivrer en cours de séjour (bruit atroce), terrasse non privative, pas de four, très très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine (même pas un saladier, 5 verres à eau...prévoir de faire sa vaisselle à la main plusieurs fois par jour), logement très sombre même avec toutes les lumières allumées nous avons ajouté un lampadaire supplémentaire dans la salle de bain. Bref, un rapport qualité prix très moyen!!!

Después de 8 días por Italia, llegamos a Barcelona como final de nuestro largo viaje y la verdad es que el alojamiento nos encantó. Moderno, con todas las comodidades que un apartamento pueda tener; toallas limpias y buenas, ropa de cama estupenda, menaje completo de cocina, habitaciones cuidadas al detalle, zonas comunes amplias y la ubicación en la ciudad inmejorable. Nos fuimos muy contentos (eramos un grupo de 7 personas) con ganas de volver a Barcelona y repetir la experiencia. INCREIBLE.

L'appartamento è molto carino e pulito, fresco. La mia sosta è stata per lavoro, perciò la sera potevo lavorare senza disturbare chi dormiva, perché le stanze sono tutte separate. La cucina è ben attrezzata. Il terrazzo grandissimo e ottimo per prendere il sole. I gestori dell'appartamento molto cordiali ed efficienti. Unico suggerimento, qualche sdraio in più o un gazebino sul terrazzo per proteggersi dal sole aggressivo. Voto 9 su 10!

El piso está muy bien. La terraza es enorme. Lo malo... las paredes son como papel de fumar y se oye absolutamente todo... la maquinaria del ascensor, los portazos, además, debían estar haciendo algunas obras en el mismo piso donde estábamos y se oían los gritos de los obreros como si estuvieran en casa.
