The apartment has all the assets is bright, clean and great central location. Si is an attentive host. The environment offers good shopping and restaurant options, really great was Frieda Cafe on Amsterdam Ave.

Great location, nice apartment and a straightforward friendly landlord! Everything is great!

The apartment is immaculate and true to the pictures. It is very well located, close to a pharmacy, bank and a Whole Foods, the metro stations are nearby. If is to listen to our questions, which he answered very quickly. A place where there is very pleasant stay!

Si's apartment is perfectly located on the upper west side, it's 1 block from the subway and central park, and there is a Chase bank, Whole Foods, Rite Aid and CVS all on the same block. The aprtment itself is imaculate, and the air conditioning was welcome since I stayed during the heat wave! Si is a wonderful host and replied to all my messages the same day. His assistant Maria was very friendly and helpful when she met me at the apartment and I would definitely stay here again!

Just perfect! The apartment super clean, great location 10 minutes by subway from the center, next to several super markets to use the kitchen .... We fully recommended as well the price is very affordable seeing what's in New York. If we return to the city, we will rent it.

I will definitely recommend people to rent this apartment from Si. It is a very clean and a very cosy apartment and the view from the 17th floor is amazing. The location is convenient with a lot of grocery stores, subways and restaurants near by, so you will quickly feel home in this neighborhood. Si is a great host and a nice person to be around. He was very helpful and open to guide us and was quick to reply if we needed anything. In the beginning I was very skeptical towards renting an apartment instead of a hotel, but Si definitely made it easy for us. I will absolutely rent an apartment at Si again in the future, and I will recommend everybody else to do the same! :)

We really enjoy our trip in NY and a big part was  because of Si. He was an amazing host: nice, always available, smile and welcome... The appartement is very clear, clean, well equiped. Of course we will recommand this place!
