In the moment you enter the Studio you can relax. It offers a single bed with a spacious size of 90x200cm.
A table for eating or using your internet access is provided.
The technical appliances in the apartment will give you the best comfort. Microwave, Fridge with freezer & Watercooker will give you the chance to prepare small dishes and enjoy breakfast in the morning. Complete set of dishes is available.
A cupboard and a chest of drawers will give you plenty of space for your clothes. Extra storage under the bed for suitcases, etc. will let you use the maximum space of this apartment.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, ceramik sink & toilet. Done in a very nice design.

Location
You come for Vienna, you come for the city… So dont waste your time to travel from some outer districts to reach city center. This place is located a jump away from the 1st. district (which is the city center), simply crossing a little bridge „Marienbrücke“. Immediately getting off this bridge you are where the action happens. Going furtheron straight you will reach „Stephans Cathedral“ with the famous walking street „Kärtnerstraße“ followed by the famous „Opera House“.
Most of the city attraction and most important tourist sights can be reached by walking within 10-15 minutes. Other like „Schönbrunn“ simply take one underground to get there.
Tramway 2 stopping in front oft he building is a perfect alternative from walking. You will reach most of the important buildings like Opera House, Parlament, Hofburg, etc. with this tramway.
During your day out in the city you can always come back to the apartment, fresh yourself up and off you go again.
Arrival
Arrival from Vienna Airport: Simply take the airport bus to „Schwedenplatz“. The apartment is a 300m walk from this stop. Best to check with google. Bus will stop at „Morzinplatz, Vienna“.
Arrival from any other part of Vienna try to get the Underground 1 or 4. Get off „Schwedenplatz“ and simply cross the bridge.
You do sports
Check out „Donaukanal“ for running just outside the building. A nice path along the Donaukanal.
Augarten or Prater are other great optins for walking in the green or doing sports.
