Sea Point itself is a leafy “urban suburb” of Cape Town, located on the Cape Peninsula between Lions Head, Signal Hill and the Atlantic Ocean. Cosmopolitan and somewhat eclectic, Sea Point has been the site of a considerable renaissance and building boom in recent years, much of it spawned by Europeans and Americans buying into the area. Despite the facelift in the area, Sea Point still retains the charm that has made it such a popular place to live in and vacation.

The apartments are located between Main Road and Beach Road. Beach Road runs along the ocean and with its broad pedestrian promenade is great for walking, jogging and people watching. Main Road provides all the necessities of life, such as shops, restaurants, coffee bars, post office, Internet cafes, etc. Public transport to the V&A Waterfront or to city centre is available from Main Road and Beach Road.

House rules

You must arrive at your property between 2pm and 6pm, and depart by 10am. If you arrive later than 6pm you may not be able to access your property and will have to make alternative accommodation arrangements until the following day.

A refundable R500, key and breakage cash deposit is required upon check in.

The apartment shall be cleaned/serviced prior to arrival. When leaving, the guest is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. Apartments are serviced once a week.

Daily servicing is available upon request at an additional cost of R95 p/d.

Apartments left in an undesirable condition, an extra cleaning levy will be payable from the cash deposit

We have an early or late check in fee of R300.00 Cash for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00. This fee should be settled directly with the consultant on arrival/or immediately the next morning.
