The location is good, the hosts very nice. The mattresses need to be replaced once.

After some difficulty in contacting the owner to agree on some small details before departure, luckily everything went well. The apartment is as described and as can be seen from the photos, a few stops from the central Marienplatz and also well served by the shuttle to the airport. Rooms spacious and appreciated the presence of an iron and ironing board, LCD TV, wi-fi and fast. The bathroom deserves some more maintenance and, personally, I would have liked a better cleaning of furniture (on which there was a layer of dust) and the fridge (it would be better to find out the leftovers from previous guests). However, taking into account the average prices for Oktoberfest, I found more than reasonable value for money and the availability and kindness of the owner.
