The studio sleeps 2 to 5 people. There's a double bed on the mezzanine. A large comfortable sleeper double sofa bed for two. And a single bed. There's dimmer switch lighting throughout. And a desk with wifi internet and Bose music sound system.
A fully equipped kitchen - oven, stove, hob, fridge, sink, coffee maker and electric kettle.
A sturdy antique Swedish dining table that can expand to sit six. Dinner service, crockery, cutlery, pots, pan and a wok.
The bathroom has a toilet, bath and hand shower, heated towel rack and hair dryer. The laundry includes an automatic washer-dryer, ironing board and iron.
On the terrace, there's a table and chairs. Plus, a hot and cold water outdoor shower.
Rue Volta is the Marais. On the doorstep, you'll find art galleries, decoration and fashion boutiques, the Marché des Enfants Rouges (one of the oldest specialty food markets in Paris), bakeries, meat and fish markets, rotisseries, cheese stores, chocolate makers, wine merchants, cafés, bars, bistrots and night clubs.
The Pompidou and Picasso museums, Les Halles, Place des Vosges, l'Hotel de Ville de Paris, trendy Quartier Montorgueil, even the Bastille and Notre Dame cathedral are all in walking distance. And there's a small park just a minute walk from the studio.
The Arts et Métiers metro station, across the street from Rue Volta, is an easy link to the rest of Paris. Or hop a Velib bicycle, there's a stand on the corner.
