On the top floor of a four story walk up, a clean and spacious one bedroom en suite, with Walk in closet, free WIFI and Premium satellite TV.. 550 sq foot roof deck with upper east side Manhattan views, additional balcony at the back of your room.
Table and chair, refrigerator, microwave, kettle.. fresh towels, toiletries all provided for you to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Your room is completely private to you, you have your own private entrance and will not have to share your space, including the roof deck, with anyone else. If you have a car, there's always plenty of parking out the front of the building and it's free parking.. not alternate side.
If you require a ride, please let us know in advance and we can make arrangements of come pick you up ourselves for a small fee or arrange for a car service to pick you up.
We can also provide to you a mobile phone and computer for an additional fee, please let us know before hand so we can make the arrangements.
We have views of Manhattan, right next to a bus stop, so transport is easy.
Bus stop is outside our building.. hop on the Q102 or the Q18 for a 7-10 min bus ride to 30th Street N or Q lines which is 5 stops into Manhattan and takes you directly into Times Square, Canal street, Union Square, Wall street.
OR Q103 which is a 5-7 min bus ride to 21st street and queensbridge station F train - two stops into Manhattan, takes you right by Central Park, Rockefeller center, Bryant Park.
LGA airport is about a 10 min cab ride away - $13

Local cab company has fares in Manhattan eg. midtown ($25)
Astoria is a great area that has some really great restaurants and bars, great shopping and it's close to and easy to get to Manhattan and other boroughs
