Location is very convenient for the visitor. Fantastic neighbourhood - Langham Place shopping complex close by and a colourful wet market right below. Friendly landlord, who helped with the luggage (4th floor - no lift), and provided bottled water on arrival. Apartment is in old building, very small and reasonably clean. Bathroom is tiny and can be cleaner (the door and toilet seat were most annoying). Nice TV - though no receptions! Apartment could be a reasonable solution for one person or a couple, not 4.

Yaz is a very nice and friendly host. Despite us having many last minute changes, he was very accommodating to our requests. The apartment was fully equipped from basic toiletries to extra pillows and blankets. Definitely worth every single cents! Also, the apartment was cosy and affordable. Most importantly, its location is very convenient (especially for ladies who want to shop till you drop!) as it is near many night markets such as ladies street and also near shopping malls. Mongkok MTR and the bus interchange is also accessible in just a few minutes walk. Also, there are many good restaurants and café around Mongkok for those who are looking for local food! We would definitely recommend this apartment!

Nicely presented apartment. Ideal for 2, but we coped fine with 3. Location is good if you want a real Chinese feel, with an excellent market just outside. Very friendly host.
