Very nice and obliging landlord. Looking ahead, Jose had the well filled fridge and "everything" meant (removal at cost price!). Apartment very comfortable, clean and very close to town, despite its very quiet. 5 minutes to the beach. Airport with easy to be attained. We can highly recommend this address.

If you are staying in Palma de Mallorca - this is the place to stay. From the very first point of contact Joss proved to be an excellent host, he is truely going out of his way to help and assist. The apartment is first class - tastefully designed and with everything one would ever require. The photos are a true representation of the high quality of the apartment. Superb location in the Old Town of Palma. Everything is within walking distance. I have to ecco the previous reviews - you come away having made a new friend in Joss - Muchas gracias!

A place to stay and a very kind and obliging landlord! The apartment is conveniently and quietly located on the edge of the old town. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner. Bus stop just as the bus station at Plaza Espana is located about 15 min. To the beach promenade is 5 min The apartment is very clean, well equipped and big enough for two people. José is always approachable and very helpful. Even the fridge was filled with the most important arrival. We can recommend the apartment and definitely will come back!

We had a wonderful 9 days in Palma. The apartment is best achieved after 3 stops by bus 1 and is very centrally located. Joss despite flight delay of 1 hour us warmly received. The apartment exudes his personality and is very, very clean. There the table was set, lit a Christmas tree light and a large poinsettia us expected. There was everything you needed. The fridge was filled with various necessities of life. The apartment is equipped so that you can move in immediately. You feel as you get home. Joss gave us on the last day drove to the airport and the departure was therefore warmly and also sad. This apartment can only recommend the best! We will be back!

The apartment was nicely decorated, clean and top (kitchen, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, etc.), all it takes. The two bathrooms really handy. The location for us (perfect 5 minute walk to the town beach, 10 minutes walk to the old town (bars, restaurants etc). Nearby there is also a large department store (El Corte Ingles, has everything and is till 21.30 clock open) . Otherwise, many other shops in the vicinity. bus stop in front of the house, 15 minutes walk to the Placa d'Espanya (from where trains and coaches operate in all correct Mallorca)., we can recommend the apartment only. The Joss is a super nice host. Has invited us over the weekend for a trip to the north of the island and went to the airport on departure. Upon arrival the fridge was already filled with water, juice, beer, wine, milk (usually bread, coffee, sugar, etc). As we were almost 10 days in Palma, he has also taken care of cleaning the home and fresh towels (otherwise he is always available if you need it). Thanks for everything Joss, we will come back. The stay at Jose's apartment was just perfect! In detail: 1: Location: central as it gets! Any shops in the vicinity. A tip: Saves Your note the € 20 that you have to spend most of the airport to the city center by taxi. Directly across from the airport leaves the number 1, the DIRECT stops near his home (5 minutes walk after disembarking) (stopping place GABRIEL ALOMAR), and costs 2.50 EUR! Journey time: about 10 minutes. 2: Apartment furnished PERFECT! One sees what one has set up with the love Jose apartment. Has spared no effort in his "retirement" to establish top level: certainly a matter of taste, but who likes modern furniture is right at him. And most of all CLEAN! 3: Host: So, when you get into an apartment and the fridge is already so filled with things that one would have to buy at the grocery store, so you have to do only with the no hassle shopping alone just because you can see what a host José is. He even had us up at the airport we had the evening before our departure our email box checked (ie the waiting for our call from the airport so that he could pick us up). And not only that, who knows with the best restaurants in Majorca, he offered us one evening with us and a friend of his to go eat typical Mallorcan, which we gladly accepted. Directly opposite the Airport there is the Bus number 1 that stops DIRECTLY near his flat (Station GABRIEL ALOMAR, then 5 minutes walking after getting off the bus) and costs only 2.50 EUR! 2: Flat: PERFECT! One can see that José set up his flat with much love and care. He saved no efforts in order to bring the flat into a high standard quality: certainly a matter of taste, but those who likes modern furniture is completely on the right address . And most of all : CLEAN ! 3: The Host: Well, when you get into an flat and the refrigerator is already so filled up with things that one would have to buy at the grocery store/supermarket, so that you do not have to get immediately stressed about shopping, only because of that one can see what kind of host José is. He would have even picked us up at the airport if we had the evening before our flight checked our Email box out (he had been waiting for our call from the airport so that he could pick us up). And not only that: he knows the best restaurants in Majorca, he offered us to go one evening with us and a friend of his to a typical Mallorca Restaurant, which we gladly accepted. We have had no regrets, because the restaurant was great, and not even overpriced! In summary: from first of all a business relationship we seem to have got a very genuine, correct, and considerate friend who is always there when you need him!
