Sunny Master Bedroom with its own bath - 2 blocks to L&M subway station -17 Min subway to Manhattan

We passed great ten days in Marc's appartment. Marc is an hospitable, and honnest host. We didn't have the booked room because of Sandy hurricane but Marc has found us another room and paid of the difference. He gave us some advices on "places to be" in New York. The appartment is clean, sunny and located near to the subway. However, it is a few noisy (stairs & street ...)

I lived for 2.5 months at Marc. In the room, I felt very comfortable. The apartment looked great together as the pictures and everything was in very good condition. I would book again at any time with Marc!

Very nice place and owner. Bedroom and bathroom were in a good condition and well prepared for a subsequent use. There is just a 3 minute walk to the next subway station; Manhattan is short around the corner and even at night easy accessible by subway. As a "true" New Yorker, Marc even gives an overview about the city and indicates some secrets and must-to-go places. Personally fully involved, he supports and is open for a chat at all times. I can highly recommend the spot and his nice and dedicated owner. There will be a next time!

Marc and Sasha are very pleasant hosts and give good advice to stay in New York. Arrangements for arrival and departure were problems. The room is really very sunny and quiet (overlook the courtyard, there is only the air conditioning is one of the neighbors). Manhattan and JFK airport were easily and quickly accessible. Everything was fine, we would stay there again any time.

We stayed there for 4 nights. + Marc's roommates are nice people. + Easy to go to Manhattan by subway (2 direct lines). + a cut and nice dog is living there - Room is smaller than indicated in the ad - no TV available in the room/lving room to watch the Olympic Games.

Good structure, good value for money

the appartment is really near Manhattan...the room was clean, bed confortable and with wifi...excellent solution if you wanna visit New York and stay in the centre...Marc and his friends are really kind and polite and they helped me a lot...see you next time
