Entire APT next to Austin MTR

Joyce apartment is located in a lively working class area with a lot small restaurants.It is some 10 minutes walk from Astor metro station, that makes it very convenient to move around. The old building has been renovated some how to look better. But still the halls and the stair cases shown dirt and lack of caring. Open large plastic tubs to place the rubbish. The apartment in on the 18th floor and the lift only gets to the 16th one. So, it its not very good for older people with large luggage to carry that up to the 18th floor. The apartment is very well appointed and it has all the necessary thing for one to settle down, provided one is not going to to cook any meal as the kitchen is almost bare with just two set of poor quality cutlery, 2 plates, two

Location of the apartment is good. It is close to several MTR (Austin, Kowloon and Jordan) stations and even walkable to popular places like TST and Mongkok streets. There are quite a number of eateries just downstairs that open til as late as 2am, convenient for night owls. Apartment is on the 18th storey, but the lift works to only level 16. Have to climb the stairs, and the stairway area is pretty enclosed, deserted, dimly lited and extremely eerie even in the day. I would have booked another proper hotel room instead immediately if my travel mate had not insisted in experiencing the locals' lives and stay. Room size is huge, as compared to the usual hotel room sizes. The free wi-fi is a plus. Same goes for the amenities such the kitchen and washing machine. Sofa stinks though, and the pillows are too soft/flat.

A very nice spacious place with close to many daily needs and place is very neet and above all very helpful host. Will def recommend then place. Mani

really enjoyed our stay there. The location is great - it's central yet convenient to go to the airport, with airport express train and airport buses available. the apartment was bigger than i expected, which was a good surprise - perfect for 2 people. the place is nice and clean. The neighbourhood is safe, and has good local eateries. The washing machine was handy too:) Would definitely go there again, and recommend it to others!!

The apartment is neat and clean. Amenities are all there. Location is good too! ^^ Definitely a place to stay at if you would like to "feel at home".

Even though the mobile phone is wrong, I enjoyed the stay there. Please update the phone number. Towels are needed for every day and so are tooth brushes. The place is close to a lot of good restaurants and the MTR Austin station!

Place next to everything ! Perfect situation to travel in HK ! But the flat is noisy...And the mobile number of Joyce is not the good one on the website...
