Gorgeous Enchanting Garden Apartment

We had a wunderfull time in San Francisco. The appartment is pleasant and has everything to feel at home for a view days with a small family. Around the corner is a big Trader Joe for all the food suppies, a nice place to have dinner ( the corner shop) and bus 38 stops overthere too and brings you within 15 min. downtown. Mony rang several times to ask if everything was ok and when we left he was there to clean things up. We would certainly use this appartment again for our nedt visit to SF

We are very pleased with how our reception was held. We have not met Monty, but before the stay, it was very responsive to all our questions by email, the receipt of housing was carried out without any problems. The apartment is very nice, well located, quiet (even if it means (s) close (s) above, well equipped, close to bus and shops. All necessary explanations are given, Monty was concerned about our well-being and has again been very available to answer our questions. We recommend this address to SF and will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

Lovely and comfortable, a bit far from downtown, but the bus 38 is fast and close (2mn. walk). Bedding excellent. Excellent value for money!! Monty is very easily reached by email, even if we have never seen.

I would stay here again anytime. The flat was clean and confortable for 2 people. The location was very convenient to visit the Golden Gate park, the Presidio and the Haight. The bus 38 runs all the way downtown, in 20-30 min. The wifi worked well. The only downside is that the appartment was a bit cold and humid, probably because of it's location at the back of the house. A dehumidifier would be useful.

home cold and distant, not very clean apartment, dishes scarce and not clear, neglected garden! bedding correct noisy in the morning with the proximity of the apartment above, I would not recommend this location!

Hey folks! I can definitely recommend this apartment.It is very big, clean and you have everything you need to feel comfortable. The host is always available and friendly. If you take the bus around the corner, you are in downtown in about 10 mins. Perfect accommodation!

Nice apartment,. In a quiet location, with a separate bedroom, a sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen The bathroom is clean, the apartment is a guide to the shower :-) The apartment is located just outside the center. The bus stop is just a few minutes. Good Preisl / performance ratio.

Comfortable, well appointed apartment close to Geary Blvd and the #38 bus, Trader Joe's and the wonderful Green Apple bookshop; also plenty of good "takeout" food options. Clear and helpful instructions.

Spaceous appartment, comfortable, near transit (bus 38 and bus 5 take you everywhere). Friendly owner. Well equipped (diswasher, bath/shower, oven, toaster, fridge/freezer...). Plenty of storage. Not brand new, but clean. You can hear upstairs' neighbors but not too bad. No hassle, good value for money. I would rent here again.

terms of accommodation app. ok: ok room, good bed, bathroom, gas hob - fridge ok, everything is present. General cleanliness can be improved, our standard of cleanliness is something else. Since many homes in America are built in wood, do suffer from noise, if you have noisy neighbors above your head. Appointments to key perfectly.
