Guestroom in the Barcelona Centre

The apartment is very nice and is located in Barcelona. We felt very comfortable with Nico and he gave us good advice. He really is a very friendly and helpful especially hosts. The dog is also very nice and we enjoyed it very well in Barcelona. Unfortunately, the house is not very clean and there is a window, unfortunately, only the stairwell. With the rest, but we were very pleased and have enjoyed our trip.

Large, beautiful home, especially living and dining room. Room did not match the pictures on the internet. A cabinet as described in the internet is not in the room. Window in the room opened only towards the stairwell, not a real fresh air, should be mentioned in the advertisement. Bathroom and kitchen were ok, sometimes they can be a bit cleaner. Otherwise, nice apartment, balcony use is no problem, with the bike 10min beach. Otherwise Nico was very friendly and gave us some good tips Barcelona. The dog is very sweet. We have felt ourselves!

Me and my girlfriend have spent 11 days at Nico's place and I can say it was a very good decision. He is a nice guy and I felt welcomed in his house. He also gave us some useful tips about Barcelona. The apartment is nice and the location it's quite perfect from a tourist point of view. Moreover, I think I paid a very good price ;) I would definitely recommend his apartment as accommodation for the future tourists in Barcelona.

Thank you for that nice stay nico! The Appartment is really central and very good to go everywhere you want go in the city. The Dog is also really really lovely and he´s also suitable for everybody who worried about him at first or dogs as general! :-) You will like it!

I stayed at Nico's for a weekend in Barcelona. I decided to got there last minute and booking at his was the best decision I made. Very nice house, very good location, and most importantly great host. Very easy going, and helpful. And gave me the best tips and what to do and where to go. Will definitely come back one day!

Very good place! Friendly host, very flexible and available for check-in and check-out! Apartment clean, impeccable hospitality with fruit, hot and cold drinks available. The geographical location is just perfect. I will return.

We stayed for 5 days in this apartment and i have to say it is in a great location and excellent all round. Barconoletta is a great location - lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets but also local people living in the area which is great as you can feel a little part of the community. We highly recommend this apartment!

Really cool apartment and very nice contact. Everything you need, including Nespresso and iPod-Dockingstation. Quite calm at night. 10 minutes walking distance to the beaches! 5 minutes to Metro. 5th floor, no elevator but nice view over the roofs and no direct neighbors.
