As a client, you are expected to respect the rules of out apartments that pertain to the apartment itself and the community it belongs to. The apartment is not to be used as a party space, but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.


Arrivals From 21.01h until 23:00h the charge is 30 Euros. From 23:01 to the charge will be 50 Euros).

VERY IMPORTANT: CONSULT PRICES FOR SPECIAL DATES as all the apartments have minimum nights and prices( New year, World mobile congress, Easter week, Bank holidays Formula 1 Grand Prix in May, Primavera sound in May-Sonar festival, Fina. During the summer there is a minimum nights depending on the apartment

On arrival in cash 200€ for returnable deposit guarantee, returned the same day that you leave the apartment.



During mid / low season or last minute, depending the dates the prices are for up to 6 people, for more people please ask us.

Check in time is at 2:00 pm. maximum at 00h.

Check in after 9:00PM will have an extra charge of 30 € and check in after 11pm 50€

The limit check out time is at 10.30 am.

Apartment near Ramblas, not far from the port or the Gothic Quarter. Bathroom with moldy odor join.

The house is as described and walking distance to the Ramblas is around 10 minutes, the reception was pleasant and friendly. During our stay we had no complaints, the final inspection is without problems. All in all an excellent accommodation.

A really nice apartment! We went there, seven girls, and this apartment fitted us just right. Very central, and a nice neighboorhood. When there is a problem the landlord is always just a call away. I really recommend this apartment!
