Charming Studio à Ménilmontant

We had a great time in Sabine's quiet and charming studio. She is a good hostess and the key has everything super geklappt.Sabine also gave us tips on bus travel and for the city. In the apartment, everything we needed for a long weekend in Paris! Even internet was available! Supermarkets are nearby. On Friday weekly market was near the apartment and Saturdays there is even a small flea market! Paris is a great city and we will come back sometime!

Sabine is a great host, very friendly and predisposed to help you with everything you need. The apartment is very comfortable, bright and welcoming, located a few blocks from a small shopping center where you will find everything you want to meet your daily needs. Linked to the rest of the city by public transport Luso. Value for money, optimal. Recommended!

Sabine is very friendly and quiet neighborhood .... this unusual studio made us feel at a college buddy ..... inhabited by its appearance'''' ... nice ... good for young I recommend ... less good for us fifties and almost accustomed to the hotel .... the bed is not one but a futon bed frame .... VERY creaky wood, beam very striking'' middle '' for giddy as we were, not too much pressure in the shower .... but we really enjoyed the place anyway ... 3rd floor without elevator, double glazing and charm .... d hence its name well worn ..... charming studio ..... thank you to Sabine for the ease of the keys on arrival and departure ...... awesome .....

We enjoyed our stay in Paris. Sabine was very helpful and flexible, when it comes to check in and check out. The apartment is o.k. for a short time visit.

Sabine received us way agréabble malgrés arrival tardive.Le studio is nice and well located less than 5 minutes from the metro and it was perfect for our discovery in love with Paris.

A well placed self contained studio which is quite standard for Paris at this budget. Plenty of local colour in a quiet pocket just 50 meters away from the busy main street.

A wonderfully cozy apartment, centrally located, uncomplicated A-and check-out. Rather recommended for individuals who uncomplicated, simple living is more important than a sterile and impersonal accommodation. Note: You should know his fellow well as the door to the toilet at the top is glazed ;-) Otherwise, everything was TOP! Gladly again!

Halo! Sabine was good gastgeberin.Wir were pleased with the bed and radio, music was simply wunderschön.Das would be nice that we in Germany have one good radio station as this was, but unfortunately there are none. From our apartment we have had good connection (train, bus). We'll be back, we thank Sabine and Wimdu also ;-)

Accommodation is very charming and cozy. We have felt ourselves very well. The room is small, relatively clean, offers little comfort, but the apartment has an unbeatable atmosphere. The stay was very pleasant. Sabine is friendly. Our appointments ran but not always on time. Sabine This makes up for it with your simplicity.

Sabines studio is small but cozy. Everything you need is there and if you miss something, Sabine is always accessible with a helping hand. The neighborhood I really enjoyed: the local market is a must and the shops, although sometimes some searching, definitely worth it.
