3 Room Maisonette in Berlin Friedrichshain/ Sonntagskiez

A modern bright apartment with enough space for 4 people. We were 3 people. It gives the impression just to be ready. The kitchen is large and adequately equipped, but do not cook because there is around the corner lots of great cafes and eateries are. The sofa in the living room is good and the second bed also. The underfloor heating is very nice. Two bathrooms seemed a bit much but were still very nice. Tip for the owner: invent a solution for geeky shower curtain will always be at your back and buttocks sticking while showering. Also, the water from the shower into the corridor can come when you are just sets the shower ietjes else. This is annoying, you want no water mop and certainly not new parquet. And another tip: if you offer a washing machine, which can be actually used concern whatsoever for detergent and drying rack for then. The apartment is perfectly located in Prenzlauer Berg. Around the corner there are lots of cafes and vintage shops. The apartment is located in a courtyard, Marthashof and overlooks the courtyard. Lovely and quiet "night there is sun on the balcony.

Very good designer apartment in super stock. Despite a very central location, the apartment is located because of the court (the residence) is extremely quiet. Berlin to explore and relax perfectly. The apartment itself is well equipped and there is everything that you need, even a hair dryer was in the bathroom. In total, the apartment has a very good standard hotel. Ledglich a few cups more could be present in order to flush does not always have to :-) But otherwise everything was perfect. We'll come back with pleasure!

A beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment with all amenities. A central but quiet location of. We are very satisfied.

If you want to stay in a clean, beautiful, perfectly located apartment surrounded by great shops, great food, great city scenery, I couldn't suggest a better place. Our host for this apartment was incredibly efficient. They replied to our emails quickly and with detail. They were incredibly accommodation and also punctual. I will pick this apartment time and time again.

Everything was clean and tidy. Handover was perfect. Unfortunately, the shower einwenig based rickety and broken on the doors and the base frame is solved. (Toilet paper should also be present. Discussed but the War, we seek.)

The house was just as is appears in the photos, so it was nice. Maybe it's not the cheapest place, but it's worth it. The street is really calm, there are no business in it, but it's close to everywhere, and really well situated for the public transport. I would for sure recommend it.
