Presidio Terrace Upper Unit

Sirs/ Madams It is imposible to write a review having problems with your file Send one of your representative to check the condition for renting such a room. I was complitely desatified and for $5150.00 paid for my staying 2 months at such address was probably the worst vacation ever spent in so beutiful city as San Francisco. Evidently you are not interested in your clients but only for the money you charge, That will be one time with us because we aill never appeal to your services and recomend your company to my friends, coleagues,etc Michael Moldovan NB carpet in the room never cleanned in the last 5 years We needed to clean the bathroom for the urine odoor entire period of stay The garbage should be discharged after going through a yard, loundry room, corridor,etc TV had 3 programs.period. and on the last 2 weeks was w/o of signal. Even Jan Chernof promised 2 weeks ago will send some one to fix TV problem but never came.Roomhad no comode for belongings so we kept all our personal belongings in our lagage And do on, and so on! It was imposible in the first 24 hours to ketch all the above dirty things

This residence was very spacious -- more than enough space for a party of 6. It's located in a nice area with convenient street parking. Instructions on how to pick up/drop off the keys (where, when, how) were very clear. An overall good experience during our 4 night stay.

All in all it was a nice house, there was everything you need the only thing I complain about is very sorry to which it is unfortunately very conveniently which means it's very loud.

My husband, four year old son and I just spent six magical days in San Francisco and stayed at the Pierce St apartment. It is superbly located for local action as well as transport options to literally anywhere! It's not too far out from the central city area, but far enough away from the touristy area to feel that you're in with the locals. There is a great supermarket (Mollie Stones) just around the corner and Fillmore Street eateries and Japantown are within easy walking distance. There is also a great playground a short walk away. The only down-side to our stay was the very noisy fridge, which whirred all night. Also, the mattress on the pull-out sofa feels like you are sleeping on inner-coils alone as there isn't a lot of padding. While this was fine for a light weight four year old, it wasn't comfortable for us when we lay on it, so I can't imagine it would suit a couple. The apartment could do with a good overall clean rather than just a surface clean, but if you can look past these issues and focus on the location and decent size of the apartment, then you're in for a great stay in San Francisco.

Who is Jesse? The host of this app. proved to be Buena Vista Rentals, a professional agency! The location of the app. is excellent, it is a beautiful house, very loud, but unfortunately a bit neglected! The kitchen was in a poorly maintained condition, stick out from the window could not be. Bad blackout in the bedrooms.

Apartment was great. The one thing which not ok, was that the unit was not cleaned when we arrived. Although the landlord tried to have it done within 2 hours diring which we grabbed ourselves some lunch, still nobody had come. We had to leave our luggage unattended at the appartment. When we came back at 8 pm it was cleaned! Place itself is great! Location was perfect for us!

I had a great time staying at this property. The location was beautiful and the apartment quite spacious. It also had a porch which was a nice surprise!

Presidio Studio was clean, spacious, and located in a beautiful part of San Francisco that I'd never seen before. It was very green, in a residential neighborhood, with great views. I enjoyed the stay very much. The only thing that could have made it better would have been more direction to the front door--it was just a bit hidden.

The host is extremely organized and everything was set up to my check-in. Jesse even answered me in the night helping me with everything that I needed. The house is perfect, was totally clean and have a lot of space. In a perfect neightborhood too. We definately had a great time!

It was a great experience ! I was here with my girlfriend ten days and i must say that this appartment is incredible : bed is comfortable, kitchen works fine, wifi is fast...and the photos doesn't show well how big and cosy it is. For example i didn't know there was such a lovely terrasse !
