2nd Private Room

Our room was for the price 15 € per night and person really ok, only the size of bed is for double room to small, for two children, or really skinny persons would be large enough, for two guys is the bed really to small. Breakfast is included, simple and good. One notice for people with problems to sleep: really loud area at night.

It was a very good experience in general. The flat was very clean and Miglen very nice, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

it was fine overall except two things: 1. radiator in bed room was out of order; so, next day got a fan heater. 2. one micro oven for heating cooked food would be very useful. I believe one micro oven is not that expensive. Hoowever, comppare to our price this can be taken into consideration. But, this simple matters can be improved and that won't be cost effective for the host I believe. Any way, Miglen is a friendly host that is what important.

We had a good time here. Miglen is nice and hospitable. It is located in a very central area (15 minute walk to the Acropolis and the historical center). The area does not have a great reputation among Athenians yet everything went smooth for us.

Ok to sleep even if a bit noisy. One bathroom and not two! the second is a toilet without hot water. Miglen very welcoming and friendly: really helped us find the right address in Athens.

We had a really pleasant stay at Miglen´s place. It was very clean, the coffee at breakfast was strong and good. Miglen is a very nice person, friendly and helpful. The room is situated in a very lively area of Athens, the most sightseeing places could be reached by foot. We recomend Miglen´s place. Christine & Georg

It was a very good gelegenner place near the Acropolis. No luxury but perfectly ok. Easy access by bus and subway. Miglen is very personable and helpful. When I get back to Athens, I know where I'll stay. Many thanks to the host

Excellent home. Clean room. Would recommend.

I liked it very well. The room is small, but right in the center near the subway and there is breakfast every morning at no extra cost.

Miglen was very friendly and helpful, and I was impressed that he even lent me a map and explained the directions of landmarks around the area, and also recommended some places to visit which is something I truly appreciate. Also, he was very flexible, allowing me to change rooms and it was indeed a good stay in Athens.
