Studio For Two in the Latin Quarter

This is my second time in this appartment, and again I enjoyed the place very much. It is relatively spacious (even the bathroom!) and has everything you need: a good real bed, a well-equipped kitchen, fast internet and a table for writing. I like the lively neighbourhood. The check-in and check-out are smooth and very friendly. I hope to be back soon!

I stayed with my baby in March 2013. Wonderful location, a stone's throw from the Pantheon and five minutes from Ile de la Cité. Furnished apartment in an amusing way. Clean, a bit 'rumosorso, but absolutely accommodation to recommend!

Great nice and "colorful" little apartment. Drank coffee in the morning sun on the French balcony (it gives `as meaning) overlooking a pleasant little square. Highly recommend this apartment which is located within walking distance include Phantheon and Notre Dame.

The apartment is very well located in the Latin Quarter, overlooking view of a charming little place. It is simple, colorful, bright and functional with all necessary equipment. Ideal for 2 people. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. Can be a bit noisy on weekends in the fall of night owls, because the area is lively at night. The metro station is 200 meters away. We visited Paris many on foot, which allows to discover interesting places. Thank you :-)

House really cozy. His many colors can brighten rainy days in Paris. Perfect location, situated a few hundred meters from two different Metro lines. Home punctual and kind. The only problem if you have time "family" is the noise coming from the street, they are very muffled from double glazing (to end up in the night). Truly a beautiful house!

It is a beautiful apartment in a great location! The handing over of the key worked great. Everything is very reliable. The apartment is basically functioning in good condition and everything. Some wear but is naturally present, but not so bad. I would rent the apartment there again.

+ Good location + good, uncomplicated service (reception, briefing) + also English-speaking + good public transportation + inexpensive restaurants within walking distance (3 min.) + Supermarkets and bakeries in running near (3 min.) + Student buden original device ( -noise, a lot of "bells and whistles") + all equipment functioning + wlan free light included +; window facing south - bad, furnishings and equipment worn and unkempt - excessive cleanliness - very noisy, especially on stairs - space and house on the weekend very noisy at night - cigarette smoke moves in from the staircase at night - bad ventilation and no deductible, no shower curtain

Neighborhood base for exploring the city on foot but there a metro station 3 minutes pied.la little place was very nice with a supermarket and lots of coffee. The pantheon that is a maximum of 10 minutes walk and the luxembourg garden too! The wifi was perfect! The house is very functional and clean. Thank you very much!
