Stunning New York Midtown Apartment - 6829

Fantastic location! This is a great apartment, and a great base if you're planning to view the sights on New York! Getting the keys was pretty straight-forward, the rooms were all clean an good-sized. Only criticism was the sofa-bed, which looked pretty old and wasn't particularly comfortable. On the whole though, good value and would stay again!

This is not the housing that we occupied. Wimdu practicing overbooking (voluntary or not, I doubt ...) it would be good if the proposed housing exchange is really equivalent to the initial offer, because for the same price, benefits change, the fourth level of style without lift entrance hall and smelly building, dirty and dangerous stairs, broken door locks, no dishwasher, taps clogged ... In fact we were redirected to an apartment on 22th Street, 1st Avenue certe which was clean and well equipped inside, according to the pictures but the address and the floor we were announced at the last minute and still on request and for good reason. Damage. The stay was pleasant but despite noisy nights due to nearby hospitals (ambulances blaring).

Well located near central park and subway ( 1 and C) . Perfect for a week in new york

Apartment very well located in Manhattan. Quiet. Very clean. One flaw: the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. Sensitive dos abstain.

an extremely negative opinion ... 1 - when we retrieve the keys in another place (not very practical), gave us the wrong address! 2 - we found the apartment in a mess (dishes not made, room terrible bath). A maid has finally arrived in the late afternoon. We actually recovered the apartment to 20h. Iimpossible to sleep at night so there was noise in the street (no insulation) 4 - the best: two huge bins were stationed near our door, what a welcome! We used to travel but we have never experienced such a "disappointment."

The apartment was clean and neat, but more suitable for 4 people. There is no trust and bord.Det is fine with kitchen, but there is a place to sit. The location is central and there is much traffic noise.

Thank you very much again! The apartment is very central :-) woooow 5 min. For Empeier. Hair dryer as well as it has enough towels. What it is not ruig but in a city such can not have everything you though :-) :-)))) Thank you until next time

Unfortunately we were not able to stay at this appartment as repair work was being done - got informed a few days prior to arrival. David organized us an alternative which worked out. The alternative however was in a slightly different location. Overall worked out.

an apartment in a perfect location in New York. Everything was there in the apartment. Only we could not turn off the heating was very hot and the AC roared very loud at night. But everything else was just neat and all present. What more could you want. We were so pleased and would rent again if we go back. Ingrid Hultermans and family (6personen)

Apartment in nice central location. Keys at another location. Apartment is very noisy, windows can not close, it's like sleeping on the street. Bring earplugs! Apartment is on 4th floor, no elevator. Good smooth contact administrator.
