Bed and Breakfast for 1-3 people - Santa Teresa / Glória

What a wonderful stay ! Leticia and her mum have been wonderful hosts for us...wonderful breakfasts, always very nice and helpful ! The apartment is really well located and close to the metro station and to San Teresa area...Perfect stay !!

The mother and the daughter both are really great hosts. They really do everything they can to make the guests' stay an amazing one in Rio. They told us a cheap way to get to the city without paying a lot for the taxi (bus from GIG airport to Santos Dumont and then Taxi or bus 422 or 498) and were even ready to drop us to the Santos Dumont airport :). Although the room was part of their apartment, we had enough privacy with own room, bathroom and toilet all very clean and a lot of space otherwise. The hosts were so nice that we often chatted with them and had the delicious breakfast (mangoes and a lot of other tropical fruits). The cute neighborhood of Santa Teresa is walking distance, metro or buses for everywhere in the city is 5 mins walk. The perfect location of this apartment was key for us to see not only the beaches well but also be very close to the Christ Redeemer, the Sugarloaf and the restaurant and bars area of Lapa. We would love to do it all over again.

I had a great time here: Maria and Leticia are very kind hosts, breakfast was great and nice location, near to the subway, just a nice walk up the hill to the cozy and quite Santa Teresa or just a few minutes to the sea front . The accommodation is great: very nice hosts, great breakfast and central location in a nice neighborhood, metro and buses are just around the corner. A short walk up the slope, the secluded neighborhood of Santa Teresa is with nice restaurants. Also, the beach promenade is a short walk away.

Both mother and daughter are very kind hosts. They have gone through great efforts to help my stay comfortable. Location was good, easy access with Subway, taxi stand, and buses just few minutes away.

Wonderful warm hosts - very attentive and always help and advice because, even in advance of a nice tip of Leticia by e-mail how low from the International airport to come. Leticia speaks English very well and also Maria is able to communicate in English for the most important. Rich varied breakfast with lots of fruit and freshly squeezed juice. Everything was very clean! Centrally located, it is fast to get to the metro to the Copacabana or Ipanema. All major buses in front of Rua Gloria after Urca, Lapa and the Centro. Where Lapa and Centro are easily accessible on foot. Thanks also for the "fan", because it was hot days in Rio ... Great place to stay to explore more the "old" Rio. Good restaurants Gloria, Flamengo and Centro and Lapa are within walking distance. Even shopping at Centro or in Gloria doable on foot! Gladly again!
