El apartamento , está bien situado, pasa un autobús al lado que te lleva al centro (45 min) y la parada de metro está a solo 7 minutos andando (al centro en 15 min). La zona también es muy agradable con muchas tiendas y sitios de comer. Pero está viejo (aunque es cierto que parecía que estaban arreglando las casa). Los muebles, muy malos (la cama hacía ruido, el sofá cama estaba medio roto, dos sillas rotas por abajo, una ventana no cerraba bien). Monolocale carino, attrezzato con stoviglie, asciugamani e biancheria per il letto.

L'appartement est convenable, propre, un peu plus petit qu'il ne le paraît sur la photo mais correct malgré un évier bouché et une ampoule de chevet grillée (le gérant n'est pas très rigoureux quant à l'entretien des lieux).
Par contre, la porte d'entrée est très peu sécurisée (porte "légère" malgré des codes à taper pour entrer dans l'édifice).
Le pire reste la rue où plutôt l'impasse où se trouve l'appartement : on doit passer un porche non éclairé plutôt angoissant et surtout, la ruelle est pleine d'ordures, des tas d'ordures écrasées par les véhicules garés (des voitures de luxes!), des poubelles qui sont restées intactes du début à la fin de notre séjour (une semaine entière), des tas de sacs poubelles éventrés, un bouteille de gaz posée dessus devant notre appartement et tout le long de la ruelle et bien sûr des rats grouillant partout!
Passer par ce décor sordide et respirer des odeurs nauséabondes de détritus en décomposition matin et soir a été fort désagréable!
Je trouve donc le prix excessif ou le service déficient pour les 600 euros demandés.
Je garderai le souvenir d'une ville sale (des tas de poubelles sont souvent déposés sur les trottoirs), ne sachant pas gérer ses ordures malgré son activité financière si réputée et son niveau de vie très élevé.
J'ai des photos prises tous les jours sur ce que je dénonce là.

XLarge Flat near Kilburn Park (#K8)

L'organisation et l'accueil ont été très bon. En revanche les abords de l'immeuble sont sales, avec des détritus et des poubelles et ça sent mauvais.
L'immeuble est aussi très mal isolé pour le bruit et nous avons eu la malchance de tomber sur des voisins très bruyants la nuit.

El estudio estaba muy bien situado, el metro estaba muy cerca y además dos lineas diferentes, la calle paralela tenía mucha vida con restaurantes, tiendas de todo tipo supermercados, centros comerciales. Contacte con Irene por teléfono y muy amable, así como el chico que nos recibió en el estudio, eso si no hablaban español ninguno. Pero el estudio era muy pequeño cosa que ya sabíamos. para 2 personas vale pero para 4 que era nuestro caso el sofá cama era muy incomodo para dormir, el colchón de la cama tampoco era para tirar cohetes. Nos tuvimos que turnar para que mis pobres hijas no se destrozasen la espalda en el sofá que era como la cama de un faquir. Luego lo de la electricidad es otro cantar el contador tiene un llave con unas 4 libras y pico y si se te acaban tienes que ir a recargarlo en un super. Me parece de lo más cutre después de pagar una pasta por el estudio.

Appartamento al confine tra la zona 2 e 3 di Londra, 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana ( tenendo la sinistra e seguendo la strada principale ) 2 comodi supermercati a 100 mt dalla Metro ( consiglio quello sulla destra appena usciti dalla metro -Sainsbury's Local- )
Zona molto tranquilla per dormire la sera, adatta quindi alle famiglie. L'appartamento non è cosi splendido come appare nelle foto, abbastanza datato, abbastanza pulito, situato al secondo piano di una palazzina, mancava una sedia e un bicchiere ( in una settimana non hanno mai avuto il tempo di portarli...mha.... ) il secondo letto ( divano letto nero che si vede nelle foto) e la cosa piu scomoda da poter dormire, duro come una tavola )ci ho dormito io e mia figlia ha dormito nel matrimoniale.
La responsabile dell'alloggio ( Irene ) molto cordiale al telefono, se avete problemi con la lingua alcune volte potete trovare Sofia che parla italiano ed è gentilissima.
Il quartiere a prima vista non è ben tenuto e un po sporco per strada.
La scelta dell'appartamento è stata azzeccata, si risparmia rispetto un albergo, dai 15 ai 20 minuti di metro si raggiunge il centro di Londra, con una minima spesa si trova di tutto per fare colazione al supermercato, io mi sono portato moka e caffe da casa. Nel complesso mi sono trovato bene.
