DESCRIPTION:
"Willesden Green" underground station (zone 2, Jubilee line). Huge selection of flats in the area, mostly 2-7 min walk to the tube station. The flats are fully furnished, own private bathroom (WC and shower cabin) and fully equipped kitchen, double bed, TV/DVD, fridge/freezer, washing machine (selected flats), wardrobe, chest of drawers. Full fresh bed linen set including fresh towels are provided.

STUDIO FLAT FACILITIES:
• self-contained fully equipped kitchen (including Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Cooker/Oven, Vacuum Cleaner, Washing machine);
• double bed and double sofa with bed linen & towels (one bath and one hand towels for each guest);
• furniture: wardrobe, chairs, chest of drawers, dinning table/coffe table, various kitchen and cookware, cutlery, TV, entryphone system.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE:
1. TOILETRIES ( KITCHEN, BATHROOM)

BILLS:

The prices do not include electricity bills. There is an electricity meter, which you need to top up on pay as you go system. The average cost is between £1.00 - £2.50 per day depending on usage.

ich hab apartment gebucht und bezahlt und keine Heizung nur eine gerät mit Strom und strom musste ich selber kaufen gehen und mit eigenen Strom apartment Heizung benutzen fand ich nicht korrekt

Large Studio for a short stay, Willesden Junction (#T5)

Studio fonctionnel mais un peu "vieux" stores cassés, théière ne fonctionne pas, ménage à revoir, très limité en vaisselle, mais suffisant pour quelques jours et un atout important à 5 mn du métro, bus et train.

No he estado alojada allí. De hecho como se supone que había disponibilidad y luego no era así, me querían llevar a otro apartamento en un barrio que no tenía nada que ver. No tengo nada bueno que decir de esta anfitriona. Gracias. Un saludo

Studio Flat in Bayswater (#IN8)

Beware !!! .
The owner changed our rules of staying in the apartment on arrival. Electricity have to pay extra . Heating is on electricity. We have been turning on the heat only at night . Electricity bill was 10 pounds per day. The apartment is moisture and fungus . The fungus is provided on the ceiling. After a few days all things stink damp and fungus. Owner did not see eye for 8 days stay in London. The apartment comes only cleaners that do not speak English. Irene definitely not flat . I know I have several of them in London. Attempts to explain anything from Irene was not possible. If you want to have a good time in London find the a better apartment .

Uważajcie !!!.
Właściciel zmienił nam regulamin pobytu w mieszkaniu w dniu przyjazdu. Za prąd trzeba było dodatkowo płacić, czego nie uwzględnił wcześniej w regulaminie. Ogrzewanie jest na prąd. My włączaliśmy ciepło tylko w nocy. Rachunek za prad wynosił 10 funtów na dzień. W mieszkaniu jest wilgoć oraz grzyb. Grzyb jest na całym suficie. Po kilku dniach wszystkie rzeczy śmierdzą wilgocią i grzybem. Właściciela nie widzieliśmy na oczy przez 8 dni pobytu w Londynie. Do mieszkania przychodzą jedynie sprzataczki które nie mówią po angielsku. Zdecydowanie odradzam mieszkania Irene. Wiem, że ma ich kilka w Londynie. Próby wyjaśnienia czegokolwiek z Irene nie były możliwe. Jeżeli chcecie spędzić miło czas w Londynie znajdźcie sobie lepsze mieszkanie.

Studio for a short stay in Willesden Junction (#OM2)

ho soggiornato con mio marito in un monolocale in zona Willesden Junction, siamo arrivati intorno alle 23:00 abbiamo trovato una persona ad aspettarci che ci ha illustrato il monolocale, ci ha chiesto ulteriori 25 euro perché siamo arrivato dopo le 20:00 (questo non era scritto da nessuna parte e neanche ce l'ha detto nessuno nonostante ci sono stati diversi contatti nei giorni precedenti che chiarivano l'orario d'arrivo).
Le lenzuola del letto erano ben pulite ed anche gli igienici del bagno, per il resto però la casa era molto sporca, le asciugamani erano logore e grigie e nessuna grande per poter fare una doccia, a terra c'era tantissima polvere con capelli vari, sotto il letto c'era talmente tanta polvere che la valigia è diventata bianca! le tapparelle della finestra avevano grasso attaccato molto molto vecchio ed anche le pareti sui fianchi del piano cottura!!
E' accaduto inoltre qualcosa di molto grave a mio avviso, avevamo in casa un rumore molto fastidioso proveniente da contatore del gas che non ci ha fatto dormire tutta la notte, il mattino seguente abbiamo chiamato il numero dell'ufficio e ci è stato detto che sarebbe venuto il tecnico alle 17:00, noi alle 17.00 eravamo in casa e fino alle 20.30 non è venuto nessuno! nessuno si è preoccupato di avvisarci che non sarebbe venuto nessuno! abbiamo ritelefonato e ci hanno detto che il rumore proveniva dall'appartamento di fianco e che avevano provveduto, molto scettici ed arrabbiati per aver perso un pomeriggio di vacanza finalmente siamo usciti....al nostro rientro in piena notte, naturalmente il rumore era lì!!!! solo grazie all'intuizione di mio marito siamo riusciti ad eliminare il rumore!!!
Inoltre al mattino del nostro ottavo giorno ci siamo resi conto che dal soffitto gocciolava acqua....mancava solo un giorno alla nostra partenza e abbiamo voluto risparmiarci una telefonata inutile...
Ritengo che un cliente vada ascoltato e assistito fino alla risoluzione del problema e non abbandonato al suo destino!
ovviamente ho tutto prepagato ed immagino che sia per questo motivo che nessuno si è preoccupato di rendere il nostro soggiorno sereno.
Nulla da dire per la posizione, molto vicina la fermata del bus ed anche dell'underground.
N.B. la Sig.ra Irene non l'ho mai vista!!! - per chi volesse abbiamo documentazione sonora e fotografica a testimonianza di quanto descritto sopra.

Flat to Let In Willesden Green (#S4)

The bed was absolutely horrible!!! Moreover, I didn't get a proper answer to muy email. The comunication with the stuff was really bad. The cold in the kitchen was an inconvenience everytime we needed yo use the bathroom. For such a sort stay they could provide some washing líquido or paper rollos. We evento had to pay forma the electricity...I don't think it is cheap enough to make you pay forma these extras.

Holiday flat, KILBURN (#KK3)

L'appartement de kilburn est fidèle aux photos du site.
Géographiquement l'appartement est plutôt bien placé, et les connexions avec le cœur de Londres sont faciles.
Irène et l'équipe de gestion ont été super : nous sommes arrivés après minuits à l'appartement et une personne nous attendez pour nous ouvrir, et Irène repondais au téléphone.
Un matin le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, et apres un appel, il a été réparé dans la journée.

Les quelques points négatifs maintenant : l'appartement est au premier étage et donne sur une rue passante et bruyante, l'isolement n'est pas parfait mais nous avons quand même dormi sans soucis.
Un petit lavabo de la salle de bain sentait mauvais quand on l'utilisait, on ne l'a pas utilisé et le problème été resolu.
Enfin on peut regretter qu'il ny ait pas tout l'essentiel ménager de la cuisine, comme une éponge, un torchon ou du liquide vaisselle, il a fallut en acheter.

En général bon rapport qualité / prix. Nous ains passé 6 jours tres agréables!
