Huge 3BDR + 2Toilets 6-10ppl Jordan

This is a ideal location very central Mongkok area its between Jordan and Austin stations. It is also very close to Kowloon train station where the airport express only takes 27 minutes. Eddy can also organise a car pick up which we choose to do as we was a group of 8 plus small baby. The apartment was clean a big for HK standards and it was a plus to have 2 toilets. I would say that 10 people in this flat would be a push we was 5 adults, 3 kids and 1 small baby and it was just enough space. Lots of food options in the area and there is a great and very cheap congee restaurant downstairs.

Eddy is a great host met us soon as we arrived at his flat. The flat was clean and quite large for Hong Kong. We were 5 adults and had not problems. The flat is very convenient to the MTR with Nathan Rd only a 10 minute walk away. It is also within walking distance of the Star Ferry. The area is older but has numerous restaurants and laundry facilities as well as being a 5 minute walk to the Temple Street night market. I highly recommend this flat if you have a larger family. Thank you Eddy for making our stay in Hong Kong an enjoyable one!

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was clean, towels were there, and toiletries such as shower gel and soap, etc. In the kitchen even rice was available. We were 6 people and the place was enough to more than six but it is difficult. Eddy was friendly, helpful and straightforward.

Service was great. Classic Hong Kong apartment with an excellent location for night markets! Everything was in working order and hassle free. Eddy was very accommodating to suit out travel plans. Would absolutely stay at one of Eddy's places next time.

Clean apartment, the location is very convenient to access to shopping and to restaurant. Eddy the owner is very helpful and responsive. My family enjoyed the stay. Recommended.

We had an enjoyable time in hk. Stayed for 3 nights. Altogether there are 9 of us. The surrounding area is full of restaurants and 2 24 hours convenience store. The apartment is big for hk standard.

Enjoy the stay in Hong Kong during the super to really comfortable, safe, downstairs shrimp wonton noodle stall to eat well, fairly easy to transport, even if the homeowner said to the subway almost all of fifteen minutes walking away, in a nutshell. Homeowners hospitality to praise ~ Thank you ~!

Eddy was an excellent host that was prompt with responding to all the questions we had, via email and phone. He even let us check in early and check out late which was a big help for us. This place is clean and spacious (for HK) and in a great location (real HK). We loved eating at the congee rice noodle place a few stores downstairs from us. The only thing we had trouble with was getting the wifi working. We just used the LAN cable, so it was okay. We also rented a Handy device from the Tourism center, which was such a good deal. Unlimited data, talk/text local and long distance on a Samsung note 2 for only $68 HKD per day.

Great apartment, close to Austin station and the local food down stairs in the smaller shops are great. Place itself was clean and had most of what we needed

Nice, clean and secured apartment. Very happy with the place. no trouble looking for food as plenty of restaurants nearby including dessert cafes (!!) and bakery (egg tarts).
