Great apartment, great location! Thanks Pol!

We spent a very enjoyable week in the really charming apartment of Pol. The apartment was exactly as it was described. The location was very central. Pol is a very nice and helpful host. We had everything we needed for a family of 6. A comfortable kitchen equipped with everything you need. DVD player with DVD library, internet. Washer and dryer ... Our kids were completely satisfied and if the kids are happy, it is the adults know, also. So, we can recommend this apartment with the old Parisian flair and just be very happy to return here again someday.

We have a lovely time in Paris! The appartment was great, quite, confortable and the kichen is outstanding.

An amazing location, superb space (130 sq m) and location make this a winning choice for a stay in Paris. If you are looking for comfort and style in a location that makes eating in or out an easy option, and that is surprisingly quiet, this one's for you.

As discoveries go, this was an absolute gem of a find! Arranging accomodation for 7 at a reasonable price is challenging at best, specially with children involved, but this place was perfectThe flat is well situated, in a lively area, where everything is, even by parisian standards,only a short walk, metro or bus ride away.The neighbourhood is full of bars, restaurants and shops and Rue Lepic is a must! Photos can sometimes be misleading or exagerated, but these were spot on.The apartment was amazing. Confortable and spacious,there was enough room for everyone to have their privacy. Most importantly, it had a washing machine and a dryer, so we were able to travel light(ish!) All the mod cons are provided,including wi fi, though it did take me a while to work out how the tv/dvd worked, even though the instructions were provided (not that we found the time to use them in the end!). There was plenty of linen, and Denise, the cleaning lady, an absolute diamond, had made up all the beds prior to our arrival, and greeted us with much needed water when we all finally piled in, tired and thirsty. There was enough space in the wonderfully quirky living room for everyone to sit together, but the fact that there was a separate dining room, meant that the adults could chat over a leisurely meal, and the children had an area to themselves to play in. My friend, whose 40th birthday was the reason we were all in Paris, particularly loved the kitchen and we never once felt the need to dine out, specially with the abundance of excellent food shops in proximity and a mini market that stayed open til Midnight. Really well designed, plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils and glassware, room for a small table and i loved the wooden beams, which gave it a little rustic feel. We were all very sad to leave. In a nutshell, I loved this place, we all did. The host Pol, was on holiday at the time, so I didn't get to meet him personally, but he was very helpful and answered all my e-mails promptly and curteously. I would have paid far more to stay in a hotel and enjoyed myself a lot less.

very very nice apartment for 6 people, especially fully furnished. arrive and feel at home. In one of the most beautiful areas of Paris. In the middle, delivered.
