Description
In a beautiful building near the Bois de Vincennes (the biggest park in Paris), on the 4th floor with elevator I rent a furnished apartment with 3 comfortable rooms (70m ²).
The apartment is very clear, calm and sunny. It has a balcony overlooking the rock of the zoo.
It can accommodate up to 6 people. You will be housed in two rooms with 2 single beds each and a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. In the living room, there are 2 sofa beds to accommodate 2 extra people. Upon request, we can provide a cot. The hallway with closet offers plenty of storage space. TV and WiFi available.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, blender, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, iron.
Linens and towels will be available. Finally, it is not allowed to smoke in the apartment.
The apartment is located in a residential area very green and flowery. The Bois de Vincennes is only 100 meters and a playground for children is nearby. It is near the Chateau de Vincennes and the Parc Floral (1km). At la Porte Dorée, you can also visit the aquarium and the Immigration Museum.
Close proximity to bus lines 86, 46, 325 (Nation stop to reach the airports). The subway (line 1 Saint-Mandé or line 8 Porte Dorée) is 1200 meters or 5 minutes by bus .
