Der Preis ist abhängig von der Aufenthaltsdauer und der Belegung, Ebenso die fällige Kaution die zur Schlüsselübergabe (gegen Quittung) zu zahlen ist und zwischen 300 CHF und einer Monatsmiete betragen kann. Dies kann gerne auch vorab geklärt werden auf Anfrage.

Hausregeln: DIe Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung und bei Missachtung müssen Mal- und Reinigungskosten vom Mieter übernommen werden. Ansonsten wie gewöhnlich: Es wird um Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn gebeten.

Es kann ein Vertrag zwischen Vermieter und Mieter aufgestellt werden. Bei konkludenten Hinweisen, dass kein ordentlicher, sorgsamer Umgang mit Strom, Wasser oder Heizung erfolgt, kann eine zusätzliche Nebenkostenpauschale verlangt, oder ein Rückbehalt einbehalten werden.

Wir gehen davon aus dass alle Parteien die Wohnung im Sinne von Treu & Glauben pfleglich nutzen und geniessen.

Very bad experience with this renting Owner asked us in cash cleaning fee and in fact that was already paid during the WINDU reservation For three nights we paid 572 euros (by WINDU) + 120 euros (cash for the undue cleaning fee) So very expensive for a modest appartment : - noisy (high traffic in the street and the double windows quite old and inefficient) - not very clean (plenty of dust under beds) we paid only 392 euros for 3 additional nights in an hotel close to this appartment (we were visiting our eldest daugther who lives in this area of Zurich) Just after our stay the owner insreased the renting rate !!! it seems that beccause it is Zurich this is no limit in the owner appetit.

Florian is the perfect host! He is hospitable, and what he promise he does!!! The apartment is clean and we find everything what was in the description of the apartment. If you go to Zurich you can rent an apartment of Florian and have no disappointment. Thank you Florian for the warm Welkom and help during our stay in Zurich. Ignar

Stylish Maisonette Attika at Riverside with Lake View in the Heart of Zurich 5

What a great choice for my first experience in renting an apartment in Switzerland. Location is central and quiet. Around the corner from public transportation and shopping. Much better than a hotel and more like a home. Host is very welcoming and helpful. Apartment is modern and spotless. I would certainly use it again.
