This modern and newly furnished fair-priced apartment ( Price is for 2 People) is located in the centre of Berlin Tempelhof bordering Kreuzberg(10min.) and Schöneberg. It boasts first-class facilities. It was furnished in a simple, yet stylish way. It accomodates 2 -3 people and is very comfortable. It could however also sleep upto 4 if needed. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, electric stove, etc.). The flat screen television, video + dvd player, Internet (Laptop), radio alarm clock and firealarms in the living-bedroom are all up to date. In the comfy and nicely decorated room there is a double bed and a pull-out bed for 1 or 2 People . A baby's cot and games etc. for children can also be provided if needed. The room has a new flooring. The tastefully tiled bathroom has a nice and comfortable bathtub that can be used as a shower as well. A new Hotwaterboiler has been installed for nice hot showers or Bath. Towels, Bedlinen and Hairdryer are available for Guests and Games + DVD for children.

The apartment has its own car parking place outside the house and it is located on the 4th floor, with an elevator, of course.
Bus stops and the underground station 'Platz der Luftbrücke' can be reached in 5 minutes. It is about 15 minutes by subway from the very centre of the city(Checkpoint Charlie, Unter den Linden, the Brandenburg Gate, etc.). You will also find supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, barber shops and much more in the immediate vicinity (3 minute walking distance). It will take you just 10 minutes by foot to get to the ex Tempelhof Airport which is a recreation area now. Another nice Park (Victoria park) is just round the corner,where you could also find a Beergarden/Barbeque in good weather. A 15 min.walk away is the Kreuzberberger Kiez Bergmannstrasse, with its numerous Cafes, Shops and Restaurants always boasting a great atmosphere. The Flat IS perfectly situated for the yearly Carnival of Cultures every June
