Modern Apartment with Harbour View

Thanks Kurt, we had a great time in your apartment. Its very comfortable. Public transport: metro station Austin, Kowloon and Jordan were near by.. Thanks for the tip for the western supermarket at the metro station of Kowloon. Also close Temple street, with terrace you can have a good meal. Tips for parents with children, try to visit with rainy weather Hong Kong Heritage Museum and Hong Kong Science Museum. When we return in future to Hong Kong, we will for sure rent your apartment again.

Nice and clean apartment, it is large enough for two adults and two kids. Mostly we enjoyed the balcony with the stunning view on HK island, especially at night. Location is good, means it is close to Kowloon park and night market as well as MTR stations Jordan, Austin and Kowloon.

Pro's Fantastic Location -Within 10 mins of Austin, Jordan and Kowloon MTR Sensational Views of harbour Very well designed modern apartment maximising use of space Con's Elevator only goes to 16th floor. Therefore one has to take the stairs to the 18th floor which are a bit grim. Not suitable for elderly or those with very young children. Conclusion. We had a wonderful stay and as our children were a bit older the stairs didn't bother us. Overall Kirt was a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kirt's apartment would be our first choice on our return to Hong Kong. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough

My familly (4 people) spent 8 nights in Kurt's great appartment. Everything from the booking, payment, pre-info and personal contact with Kurt worked just fantastic. The appoartment was great loacted, close to everthing, as well as very clean, modern and cosy. We even stayed in a few nights just to spend some time watching TV and cook. Kurt even contacted us just to make sure everthing was alright and OK with us during the stay:). I am very happy to recommend both the appartment and the host and when we left we all in the familly agreed that if we will go back to Hong Kong we want to stay here again.

The apartment is beautiful, great location, fantastic harbor views. Surrounded by many small restaurants, all major reachable on foot. Special thanks to Kurt, who allowed us a very flexible checkout, the trip did not begin until late in the evening. All in all, so far the nicest stay in Hong Kong.

Thanks to Kurt that was the most phantastic vacation I ever spent in Hong Kong. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy with a most spectacular view from the balcony. Everything you could think of was there, so we did not lack anything at all. The location of the apartment was very close to the MTR or the bus stations, and even walking down Nathan Road to the Star Ferry did not take too long, Also prior to arrival Kurt gabe a very detailed "instructions for use" for everything, so actually it would have been quite difficult du do anything wrong. All in all we were more than satisfied and can recommend Kurt in every possible resepect.

Great modern aparrtment inside an older building. The apartment is a 5-8 minute walk from Kowloon train station. So getting around is easy using the MTR. Kurt is great host and sends you a guide to getting to his apartment, how to use everything inside and tips for visitors. Communication was excellent, I reccomend Kurts spacious apartment to everyone.

This house was perfect for me and my family to enjoy & travel HK. It was newly renovated place, so clean, tidy and very convinient to stay. It was the place not just for lent but for actual living, so ieverything was furnished and well prepared. Great place to stay in HK. Spend a week here with 2 couples. Convenient to Austin MTR, Jordan MTR and airport bus. Clean and contemporary apartment with great views over HK harbour from most rooms. Lots of stores, restaurants close by. Host Kurt provided a lot of local information making it easy to find. Would definitely stay there agin.
