Self-contained studio garden flat Fulham/Chelsea

The apartment was very nice, with all the comforts and corresponded to dscrizione and images on the website. The owner is friendly and helpful at the beginning, turned out to be a stubborn little rude and suspicious, perhaps because of the misconceptions about our nationality ......

This was a wonderful flat in a great location. Irina was a helpful hostess with maps and knowledge of the area essential to a pleasurable stay. She arranged rides to and from the airports and engagements at very reasonable rates. This flat was very comfortable, clean with good appliances in excellent working order. We slept well in a quality bed and enjoyed a luxurious bathroom. We felt safe and with Irina's family just up stairs we knew if we needed anything they where a phone call away. We will stay here again.

the Appartment is exactly as declared! It is, in fact, not the biggest (guess, which aparrtment in London is big?). But it´s clean, comfortable, and has any opportunity to generate a great holiday to London! We did like the stay there very much - the people were friendly and kind, and due to our long stay we even got a cleaning in the middle of our stay (which wasn´t billed or discussed)! We really can propose this appartment and say thanks to Mr and Mrs Shem for their kind accomodation!

Received a very cold and rude welcome from Irina. She was very rude, demanding and aggressive regarding if the flat was damaged in any way she would keep the 500 sterling deposit. The self contained studio is a room underneath her house situated in a industrial wharf area near the Coroners Office. It is quite a distance from London, we had to walk 20mins to the train station and change 3 trains to get to London. There is only one supermarket near the train station with one ATM which was always out of order. We did not feel like we were staying in a flat but a room under someones house. We could hear every step, cough and noise throughout the house. We wanted to leave on arrival but there is no refund on deposit. The flat is clean and Irina only turns the heat on at night. The double pull out sofa sinks in the middle and resulted in back pain after a week. It was a horrible experience with no privacy.

Very good...... it'a great home....even if the first time it's complicated to arrive....but Irina give you the possibilities and information about !!!! I sugget

Nice, clean and convenient flat in a quiet environment. Everything was there that we needed. We slept very well, enjoyed our time in London. As Irina recommended, we took Bus 11 or 22 to go to the centre of the city. Bus stop is 5 minutes walk away (zone 2). If we come back we would stay at Irinas flat again.

Nice accommodation, a bit far from tube/train. Irina was friendly and helpful. Depending on where you need to get to it's worth researching the train routes from Imperial Wharf as the service is much more pleasant than the tube.

Very clean, everything provided including biscuits, toiletries etc. Fully equiped kitchen. Pleasant small courtyard for outdoor relaxing, no traffic noise. Only drawback - it is a bit away from shopping and the tube, but there is a handy bus
